Down fall is you have to leave your PS3 on. Im sure if you left the country, You would be gone for more than a day. Hell, i spend almost the whole day at the grocerie store.

@welshsoldier211 you can set it up to where your ps3 stays connected to the internet while it is turned off therefore allowing you to remote play without your ps3 being turned on first.

only certain games...and i believe its only with the psp though

@Tenaguer i have the same porblem with my psp on remote play. it seems to work once or twice everytime i register it, like it fogets it or something. also when it does work it freezes and then i cant turn my ps3 or my psp off.

@whaffles2 yes, my ps3 doesnt turn on by psp and normaly the psp freezes with the screen in green, its anoing

@Tenaguer thats exactly what happens to me when i connect over the internet and im hopint there will be an update to fix it or something even tho thats probably not gonna happen but it seems to work fine via private network so give that a try. it works similarly to the internet connection but can connect straight to the ps3 from the router or just straight to the ps3 from the psp and its much faster.

Remote play is really good...however I could not access remote play when I am out of home wifi, I know its possible to access ps3 content through remote play even when youre not at home. I was at uni the other day and I connected to the wifi there, but it could not establish a connection to the ps3. When it came to the page of PSN login after connecting to my Unis wifi, I logged in, but it said it failed to connect to ps3? What could be the reason? Do I use the 3G connection..but how? cheers!

@GamerJakas no you cant and even if you clould there would be little point because the controles would be allot harder and the screen would be too small to make anything out in great detail. also there is about a 0.50 time period from when you press the buttons to when it actually registers.
