  • but you have to remember this is hitting something inmovable,....

  • if the dummy was not wearing the seatbelt the airbag shouldn't had deployed...

  • @davidlizaola Why is that?

  • @CapTheBottle studies have shown that when someone is not wearing a seatbelt during a crash and the airbag deploys, it can cause severe damage because of the force in which the airbag comes out. The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety has wrote to car manufactures about this and the car industries are no longer allowed to manufacture airbags that deploy when the seatbelt is not in use (supposedly).

  • @davidlizaola No, the airbags are two stage. When there is no seatbelt in use, the force with which the airbag deploys is reduced to avoid the likelyhood of the airbag injuring the driver.

  • Did good! Dummy movement was well controlled even w/o belts, driver looks like he hit the roof. Not bad, for a basterdized Mercedes lol

  • There's a lot of damage for 25 mph LOL

  • Lol all that damage for 25mph.....its kinda slow and there's a lot of damage

  • I remember when 25 mph was just a fender bender.

  • the 2006-2010 Dodge Charger was assembled in

    Brampton, Ontario, Canada

  • and how fast is this one going??

  • @spamm182 25mph

  • @spamm182 loool, did you seriously miss the title?:P.........

  • This test is designed to show the effects of crashing your car into something, even at a slow speed, without your seatbelts. No car, airbag or not, is going to help you be safe without your seatbelts. Buckle up!

  • actually this car isnt safe, driver airbag inflates twice, causes neck damage and is overall shitty. this car put my cousin in the hospital at a 38 mph crash, its crappy. and i hate chargers, so fuck you charger

  • @MomentFan96 go fuck a bear shit face

  • @MomentFan96 why don't you just go blow a donkey?

  • makes me feel safe in my charger

  • @DJLOC1991 This is a lot different it is a full frontal only at 25mph which is slow. And full frontal and frontal offset crashes are a lot different they can change a car from being safe to dangerous.

  • @counkev yea after i watched this video i went to work and then i relized how horribaly slow 25 is they should test this at a speed which is more common like 45 or so

  • that charger couldve been mine D:

  • I was wondering if you had the Volvo maximize vid/mp3. Respond for email.
