the only advice i can offer, and im pretty sure it would improve you 100%, is to try these moves in a white bikini. flexibility, aurodynamics are much improved in white. rock on pretty lady! :)

I can do both legs behind the head but somehow I always think it looks kind of weird and icky. I am more in awe of back bending skills so I guess I am trying to force my body to get there.
