To my knowledge, yes, but only up to so many views. That is, you can maybe hit your own video 100 times, but after that, YouTube'll know what's going on :)

First, let me say how much I love your clues and secrets videos! To get the voice bubbles, there's an option in Youtube called "annotations." If you look under the info box in the upper right of one of your own videos (right under the date, description, etc.) you'll see an 'Edit Video Annotations' button. From there, it's pretty self explanatory - this was the first time I did it! - but let me know if my explanation was unclear!
