Thanks for posting all this Dave. Its cleared up loads about that last series. It was clear that the History channel and/or Carlise trucking had an issue with you and were desperate to make you look the"bad guy". I hope they don't try to make Maya the next star of the show, she comes across as a totally inexperienced and has no business driving those roads, but it did make me laugh when Carlisle's boss said they like her because she does what she's told, a total back handed dig at you !

i agree...when pulling tanker and going up hill,you CANNOT just drop on split one gear..and the reason is because by the time you pull it out into neutral then drop it back into lower gear you lost momentum and it can and has stopped the truck dead,it has happened to me once..you have to drop at least 2 to keep momentum,luckily never had a trainer act like that..they sat back and let me drive,oh i take that back yea i had 1 that acted like the way you describe tony to be he was a "super-trucker"
