All fixed, done both decks in about an hour and only cost the price of the new lead. Look @ related vids for easy to follow instructions. Good luck but you won't need it coz it sooooo easy.
If you've determined it's not your tonearm, nor your cartridge/styli, then the only other issue it could be is your RCA cables. Get them replaced, and you'll be fine.

Having the same problem at the mo gona replace the audio cable and let you know if it sorts it...
