@ZeusHelios : What you want to see is something that I know of has happened. My parents knew a couple who once here in denmark saw a whole leg grow out. If you will search enough for it you will find doctors confirming miracles. The reason why these crazy creative miracles is so rare that you don't even find them on youtube is because they demand greater faith from the one who is praying. Once Jesus told his disciples they didn't see a healing because of low faith.

@ajays09 Nono, the reason why you don't see so many confirm miracles by doctors is that though a real miracle has happened, most doctors will not admit the miracle of it before many years has gone by. They too cannot understand it and accept it is God, and therefore they try to find out if not there could be another explanation. Many doctors are heathen, God-haters, and of course they will not give the credit to God. BUT THERE STILL ARE doctors that admits the miracles that happen.

It would be very easy for a faith healer to prove his power. Simply find someone with a leg shorter than the other, send them to a doctor to have this verified, heal them, then have the leg growth verified again. EASY!
But will they do it? NO.

I'd say you cannot see if anyone has been cured AT ALL, full stop! & when the "healed" return home, once the euphoria has faded, they will feel exactly the same as before, except possibly where their symtoms were imagined, as in the case of hypochondriasis.

As I said, where is your proof? Why would god "heal" a person with one leg slightly longer than the other, who probably didn't know this until told, yet never heal a person whose leg is obviously too short, say where they have to wear a surgical boot to correct a difference of several inches?
If god is so concerned about correcting a tiny abnormality which causes no apparent problems to a persons lifestyle, why not cure the millions who catch maleria every year?

20 yrs ago I walked into an American christian Businessmens assoc. meeting held in Birmingham, Alabama and saw the same miracles and thought...these people are just pulling these peoples legs. I walked out disbelieving and 4 yrs. later walked into another service at another church....coaxed up on stage ( I didn't want to go ) and the same miracle was performed on me. The preacher didn't pull my leg. it grew out 2 inches, tickled below the knee, and could feel hairs on leg rubbing inside of pants
This same miracle happened to me 16 yrs. ago at a small church, Overcomers assembly, on Gadsden hwy. in Birmingham Alabama. I wasn't the only one this same miracle happened to that night. It tickled below the knee cap and felt the hairs on my leg rub the inside of my pants leg. My leg grew out about 2 inches. Still have witness contacts today. I thought that this type miracle was just a hoax. Turned out I was wrong. God does still perform miracles.
I do not think God would send so many 'Jezuses' down to earth to perform miracles all over the world in a roadshow manor like these. What are people thinking? I am a non believer and think maybe, just maybe there were some good writers in the far past and one just wrote the bible like some other great Harry Potter books we have in stores today.

I've prayed for people on the streets who don't even believe in a God. I've been told 'you can if you like mate but nothing will happen'. I've seen them healed from cancer, broken bones and more. Sorry, but there is no creditable medical evidence for any miracles of healing, these "miracles" always take place in churches, the people say they have various ailments, and the preacher says some words and pronounces them cured. People stand up from wheelchairs and everyone cheers, but there is no medical verification, and many people in wheelchairs can walk a little, and I'll bet they leave in wheelchairs. If they COULD heal they'd be in hospitals, but they never are!!

Yeah but doctors have confirmed the miracle of the healings. We also have seen creative miracles yes. People deaf from birth hearing, blind eyes open. We have heard about dead people being raised. @mrstormwind I have heard such "miracles" too but every time they can't survive a careful scrutiny. For example, give me the reference to a story about dead people being raised? I know some instances where someone was misdiagnosed to be dead but wasn't. Like so many other areas of medicine, the method of diagnosing someone to be dead has improved over the years as errors have occured.

I have personally seen legs grow a couple of times as I have prayed for people. One had been an invalid since birt, but is now completely healed, thanks to Jesus. The other one who was healed was an elderly woman.
I also have afriend who has documentation! He had one leg shorter than the other and it grew during prayer, both legs are now equal in length (his healing happened in the 70's).

If you will search enough for it you will find doctors confirming miracles. The reason why these crazy creative miracles is so rare that you don't even find them on youtube is because they demand greater faith from the one who is praying. Once Jesus told his disciples they didn't see a healing because of low faith.

@ajays09 Nono, the reason why you don't see so many confirm miracles by doctors is that though a real miracle has happened, most doctors will not admit the miracle of it before many years has gone by. They too cannot understand it and accept it is God, and therefore they try to find out if not there could be another explanation. Many doctors are heathen, God-haters, and of course they will not give the credit to God. BUT THERE STILL ARE doctors that admits the miracles that happen.

One lady came. Her leg was short from the knee and down. You could see it when she sat down, that there was difference. It grew out. It would be very easy for a faith healer to prove his power. Simply find someone with a leg shorter than the other, send them to a doctor to have this verified, heal them, then have the leg growth verified again. EASY!
But will they do it? NO.

As I said, where is your proof? Why would god "heal" a person with one leg slightly longer than the other, who probably didn't know this until told, yet never heal a person whose leg is obviously too short, say where they have to wear a surgical boot to correct a difference of several inches?

@integraab : Absolutely. The only reason we let people have shoes on is because it is far easier to see the difference. Try to do it yourself, and you will see it is much easier to see with shoes on. Feet are a little round in the bottom. Sometimes we also do it by watching the ancles.

20 yrs ago I walked into an American christian Businessmens assoc. meeting held in Birmingham, Alabama and saw the same miracles and thought...these people are just pulling these peoples legs. I walked out disbelieving and 4 yrs. later walked into another service at another church....coaxed up on stage ( I didn't want to go ) and the same miracle was performed on me. The preacher didn't pull my leg. it grew out 2 inches, tickled below the knee, and could feel hairs on leg rubbing inside of pants

This same miracle happened to me 16 yrs. ago at a small church, Overcomers assembly, on Gadsden hwy. in Birmingham Alabama. I wasn't the only one this same miracle happened to that night. It tickled below the knee cap and felt the hairs on my leg rub the inside of my pants leg. My leg grew out about 2 inches. Still have witness contacts today. I thought that this type miracle was just a hoax. Turned out I was wrong. God does still perform miracles.

Sorry, but there is no creditable medical evidence for any miracles of healing, these "miracles" always take place in churches, the people say they have various ailments, and the preacher says some words and pronounces them cured. People stand up from wheelchairs and everyone cheers, but there is no medical verification, and many people in wheelchairs can walk a little, and I'll bet they leave in wheelchairs. If they COULD heal they'd be in hospitals, but they never are!!

I know some instances where someone was misdiagnosed to be dead but wasn't. Like so many other areas of medicine, the method of diagnosing someone to be dead has improved over the years as errors have occured.

@ThinkingBetter no, they were completely healed. You believe in an absurd amount of coincidence. I've ran track for 5 years, these issues were only worsening, until the day I got healed.
The concept of atheism makes zero sense to me, by saying this you're saying there was no conscious mind behind the creation of the universe. That would be exactly the same as taking a completely crushed watch, putting it in a paper bag and shaking it for thousands of years, and creating a new watch...

@ThinkingBetter thus the definition of Atheism aside from saying "no God" is the belief that there was nothing, and nothing happened to nothing and then nothing magically exploded for no reason, creating everything and then a bunch of everything magically rearranged itself for no reason what so ever into self-replicating bits and those eventually turned into dinosaurs...yeah...makes perfect sense. Also, it's not "magic from God" he's creator, he knows what he's doing

We would NEVER dishonor God by making fake miracles. This is real, it really happened. Believe it or not. I SAW it and I believe. We have healings proven by doctors.

I have personally seen legs grow a couple of times as I have prayed for people. One had been an invalid since birt, but is now completely healed, thanks to Jesus. The other one who was healed was an elderly woman.
I also have afriend who has documentation! He had one leg shorter than the other and it grew during prayer, both legs are now equal in length (his healing happened in the 70's).

I saw this one guy this one time that was blessed by the Lord and was able to conjure rabbits out of big black hats. It strengthened my faith.

By 'non-believers', I meant those who don't believe in the Christian faith. That kinda raises the bar a bit. The two world wars certainly weren't started by Christians, were they? And the Iraq war that's currently going on, is that our fault?
You can't group all religions into one and state that we 'start wars'. I don't have a religion. I have a faith. Religion is rules, but God's grace made us free from rules. Don't think I follow any sorta rules. I just do the right thing because I WANT to.
