  • Buckweeve ive a windows vista and it works lmfao

  • Great another update! What a pain in the ass!

Thanks for a new headache Microsoft!

Do you ever do any market research before you launch products no one wants?

  • ALTHOUGH IT LOOKS SHIT, NO OFFENSE

ITS JUST GOOGLE CHROME LOOKS BETTER

  • Mozilla FTW

  • Ive been running IE9 for about a week and wow!! I love it! Its so fast and smooth! It looks like microsoft finally got their browser right!

  • for windows users it only work on windows 7.

  • @buckweeve And Vista

  • youtube.com/watch?v=aimzwZ2eT74&feature=feedu....how to make your video

  • man firefox and IE on Chrome dick! they sucked them so hard they got some of chrome DNA in them now!

  • Why on earth you post crapy review like this? I am not trolling! Just wondering.

  • @madden8023 it might have bugs since it is still beta and not 100% released

  • Yay, another entirely new UI to learn from Microsoft, that doesn't match any other software in existence, and will be replaced by something completely different in 12 months.

  • I hate to admit this, I am using the Beta version of IE 9 and so far I a using it more than Chrome and I used to be Chrome biggest fan.

  • @KevinCarey I'm thinking of switching, is IE9 beta faster than chrome 9 beta?

  • every time i open IE9 it gives me the same message at 5:18 and then i have to do system restore and now im stuck with IE8

  • im downloaded it and it takes so FRIKIN LONG!

  • IE8 = 12/100

    o.o

  • A non-shitty IE? Surely you jest!

  • btw, you can add a favourite bar below the address bar, just saying.

  • My IE9 beta is pretty stable on my Win 7 32-bit. Maybe you should consider to disable some add-ons?

  • Internet Explorer 9 does seem better than the previous versions. But I still prefer Pale Moon the Firefox open source or Chromium to IE. I think IE has a long way to go before it becomes as good as most other browsers. Andrea.

  • What a mac fanboy bitch.. IE9 just Never crashes unless it's running in a virtual machine on a mac made by crApple. What a bad review..

  • No crashes yet, very smooth and fast.

  • ZzzzzzzzZZZZZZZ

  • Internet Explorer has stopped working

    hahahahahahahahaha

  • its very fast and light but not as light as chrome. i just want ie to get its crown back because its compatible with nearly every application

  • OHHHHHHH MY GOD THIS FUCKING STUPID ASS LADY IS SO STUPID THERE IS FAVORITES ON THE TAB YOU FUCKING STUPID ASS GIRL

  • @romerobv - My point is this. Customers need service.

My perception is that it lacks a concept .... "IE 9 Aero".

Visionary - probably a better term will come to me. Maybe futurist?

  • Is this some kind of joke? Why woyuuuld anyone want to have a single line for URL and search? Searching for "youtube" being mentiioned in a text and willing to open that site are entirely different things! Or if I want to identify "e-bay" offers in a greater list will it go to e-bay site instead of highlighting matching text on a page? WTH.

  • ie9 is a load of rubbish it lack interaction and it differcult annoying. and my internet experience become worst. why would you clunter your desk top with icons when you have your favrites at the side. the whole thing made me angry. and now it diffitcult to roll back...to Ie7....DID,NT LIKE FULL STOP.

  • Hahahahah this is fucking shit!!

  • Firefox Powered ! ô/

  • this is definitely representative of modern microsoft... BEAUTIFUL design... AWFUL under the hood.. i know it's a beta, but dam...

  • google chrome is the best explorer i dont have any problems with chromes im using chrome for 1 and a half year

  • i like the favorites bar....

  • Comment removed

  • you suck, seriously

  • it's obvious that you hate Microsoft, please don't do a hater review telling that is the worse thing of the world

  • Acid 3 test is 100/100 on my laptop and the new IE beta 9 doesn't crash I ♥ it simple and easy to use

  • Bill Gates is the antichrist!

  • how to add bookmarks to the dock like your twitter????plzz reply

  • Microsoft does know wat thing they made Great micro keep up the good work

  • actually there still is a favorites bar, you just need to enable it. hold alt and a menu will drop down in ie9, go to view>toolbars>favorite bar

  • I've been using IE9 for hours and it still hasn't crashed.

  • I can't believe I'm saying this, But I may just go back to IE after the final version is released @_@

  • 'Um'

  • just a beta, don´t blame them jejejeje

  • They really shouldn't have tested this on a virtual machine. From others' anecdotes, there really isn't a problem with it crashing like this on a native Windows PC

  • i dont like the way she ends her words with dragon's voice.

  • Beta is no excuse for crashing so many times. The program is a junk, as it was in the years before. IE is still a shit, i hate it so much! I hate optimizing every time just for IE becouse it's built so stupid.

  • @maxbody20 I think the problem with crashing is on her end. Counter to your argument, in the recent years all of the mainstream browsers have repeatedly crashed at points in its existence. I switched from IE after a long run, to Firefox...I liked FF until it started crashing on me. From there opera, and now I want a more stable browser than this, and I can't find it(chrome sucks monkey balls). I hope I can return to IE

  • @cHello2k8 yeah I agree man. I've been using the IE9 Beta a lot and it hasn't once crashed.

  • @cHello2k8 lol right when I was finished downloading internet explorer google chrome crashed. What a coincidence. I've used beta for everything I usually do, and it hasn't crashed yet.

  • @maxbody20 She is running it on a mac in VM Ware.

IE9 needs access to system hardware. bad software review.

I'm running it on a windows 7 right and it's fast as hell and has't crashed once.

Check Neowin,Gizmodo,Ars Technica review of it, they have a complete different story.

  • @ZUNECARDSTV um. it crashes to me every time i open it. i always have to do system restore, because the IE9 doesnt work. i have an i5 processor and windows 7 ultimate 64-bit. please help!

  • @ZUNECARDSTV she is running windows 7

  • This is a great improvement. I haven't had any issues with it crashing yet.. Maybe its because its running on a vm. Caching improvements are great, ui is great, having the address bar on the same level as the tabs could be a problem for lower resolutions, I think this should be optional although I haven't experienced any problems with it.

  • Microsoft sucks! Who are working for microsoft? Do you even test your products before release? Such a shame!

  • @maxbody20 its a beta... testing is done by users, all software companies release beta versions

  • @adaaaamm Are you crazy?! Do you think beta means it needs to crash 100 times ? I also used Chrome with beta with no crashes.

  • @maxbody20 Yes.. if it needs to. That's what beta versions are for, they make the final release more stable. Each chrome beta only introduces a few small changes, so its bound to be more stable, whereas this is a complete re design of the IE browser. Your just jumping on the i hate ms bandwagon

  • @maxbody20 I used chrome with beta too...it didn't crash ..but it froze a lot..and did weird stuff. You should give IE some respect for how they manage to deal with crashes...in which the browser reopens itself at the same time. In the video I didn't even notice this, all I saw was the message box open followed by continued surfing.

  • @cHello2k8 You dont know how much that has ben changed.. in new Chrome betas, allmost nothing is updated. Google is just versionwhores.

  • bad presentation

  • it was crashing and failing so much towards the end?

  • so many crashes. no good. =]

  • @braintorque There is a reason why its called a beta.

  • IE had combined address and search like ten years ago or more.

  • None of the IE8 controls are gone. The favorites bar, the bloated controls still exist. They are just hidden. Right click beside a tab and you will be offered the option to unhide those extra controles.

  • @Nazmus1992 yea man u r right, she said wrong, favorite bar was just hidden or not enabled.

  • I have IE9 currently running on Vsita, and guess what, my taskbar has no pinning feature :(

  • @BoogsterSU2 Because You're running Vista

  • @BoogsterSU2 try windows 7 dude,vista days are gone.

  • i think the too many bugs are because of the virtual machine because ie9's engine tries to benefit from your hardware but here it can't

    nice review

    thanx

  • I'm just happy for the better standards support, as a browser it's still behind but will be adequate for average users.

  • Christina Warren and Jenn Van Grove kick ass!

  • looks nice but still is probably crap and firefox can kick ass!

  • @whatisonyourmind Obious troll is Obious

  • @enqu4d face the fact ie sooner or later is going out of market it is costing microsoft way too much money and now they'll probably go for firefox

  • @whatisonyourmind ... Or Chrome/Opera.

I would say Chrome has the most reliable javacript engine, etc..

  • @enqu4d @whatisonyourmind despite what people say about Chrome, I hate it.. I installed IE9 yesterday and the same problems I see in IE9 beta, I've seen in Chrome for a while. Problems like freezing, and slow response when switching from other programs or evens tabs. Opera(the browser I've been using for awhile now) has similar failures that started when they introduced their new java engine, though not as frequent since previous updates.
