Its 5 am and I cant sleep because Im scared Im going to wake up 5 lbs heavier. I exercise, Im on weight-watchers, low-carb, gluten-free, enriched flour-free, sugar/sugar substitute-free diet. And guess what? I still cant get under 180! Im really sick of people saying "Shut the pie hole and exercise, fatty." That's not always the point though. Some people are healthy and exercise all the time. Unfortunately, certain areas of the body do not respond well to it so fat stores there.

I'm sure you've seen people who were thin but had a chubby face. That's the perfect example.

but see, what you don't get is that fat cells, once made, NEVER go away. You can only Shrink them, but you will never be able to get rid of them on your own. That's where liposuction comes into play.
