  • Thank God that we have caring and selfless people in the world that will reach out now and forever to those less fortunate. World Vision opened my eyes to so much that I had been ignorant of due to the negligence of our media in those areas. I wish that I could do more than just donate and sponsor a child. One day maybe I can. I know that I can pray so that I shall do. They need our prayers guys!! May the Lord be with them.. Which I am sure He is this very minute. Praise be to God!!

  • Thank you World Vision for showing that real Christianity is about helping. It's not about intolerance and hatred. It's not that jerk Pat Robertson. The spirit of Jesus Christ is alive in everyone who watched that video and shed a tear.

  • My sponsor child is in Sri Lanka but we still donated to Haiti. I hope things are good over there! <3

STAY STRONG HAITI! REMEMBER THERE IS ALWAYS HOPE!

  • What you are doing for those in Haiti is felt worldwide....Thank you and God Bless you all. We sponsored a little girl (Lucenda) 7 years ago, who is a month younger then our little girl Estelle. Estelle turns 10 in a couple days, and has asked instead of presents, to please donate to Haiti. Through World Vision, we will be donating clean water packets! Yes, even the little ones can find ways to help :) God Bless!

  • You raised that girl well!

  • to those of you who are sponsors and wondering if your child is ok .... world vision must contact you if something happens to your sponsored child; it is their policy. if you haven't heard from them specifically about your child, i would say keep praying for them. most of the sponsored children live outside of Port-Au-Prince in more rural areas that were not affected by the earthquake. getting mail to anyone in Haiti is going to be difficult as their post office was definitely destroyed.

  • I also have a 5 yr old little girl I sponsor in Gonave Hope project. When I send her mail some one must deliver it; therefore is there a way of seeing if she is ok seeing someone gets her mail to her?

I'm concerned about her as well as all others. I'm a prayer "worrior". God bless you all for doing the work of the Lord as we all should be doing; but need to remember we need to help people at all times, not only when something happens. Blessings In His name to you.

  • @craniumdesigns i sponsor children through world vision as well and an email was sent out saying that as of...last week i believe all of the sponsored children were ok. bc they were not directly in the city.

  • this video breaks my heart for the people of Haiti and my sponsored child, but gives me hope to know that God's people are helping serve however they can ... we can't wait to hear how our sponsored child is doing. he is very dear to us and we are praying for everyone impacted.

  • God needs you there and He is providing the way to bring all they need. Thank-you for all you do World Vision! I'm proud to sponsor through you!!!!

  • Good to see where all that money I'm sending is going. :P I have a sponsored child in Haiti. Genave Hope project. How can I find out if he's ok?

  • I know how you feel, my little girl is in that project also, blessings to them all.
