it takes how many attempts for Joker to capture Batman and cops got him same with superman , Lex uses Kryptonite, cops uses cuffs winner hhaha..that would be awesome to see them just punch the cops and take off
America, the country where you can get arrested for wearing a costume, jaywalking or any other minor offense, where in any civilised country you would just get fined.
I have pics of that spiderman without his mask ordering from the dollar menu in the Mc Donalds next to the Marilyn Monroe star...I remember him being quit aggressive as are alot of the so called street performers on Hollywood Blv.....really awkard shit walking through Man Chinese theatre and having these fucks bombard you with requests for pocket change....Hell I was chased around by Catwoman once! Obnoxious shit!
This is sad, I have always enjoyed the street performers on Hollywood BLvd. there won't be as much reason to go down there now. I would have joined them in costume, but i only just got a decent costume together this month. just sucks.
They were being arrested because the Hollywood City council has declared it a criminal offense to stand on the Blvd in a costume. You can walk up and down Hollywood Blvd but you can no longer be a street performer. Which means that Hollywood is no more a tourist place it is now just another dirty smelly city.
@Talljim01 Ummm, there is no such thing as the "Hollywood City Council." Hollywood is not a city; it is a community (district) of the City of Los Angeles. Therefore, I think you mean Los Angeles City Council.
@HappyAmerican - Yes, Hollywood is part of the City of Los Angeles, BUT they do in fact have their own chamber of commerce, with jurisdiction over various matters that affect "Hollywood" commerce (business). It was most likely the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce that passed this stupid law banning the costumed characters.
@davecfranklin40 That simply cannot be true. While Hollywood does have its Chamber of Commerce -- and many other communities and sections of the City have chambers of commerce -- they cannot pass ordinances, forcing the LAPD to enforce them; a chamber of commerce simply does not have that kind of legislative power and/or jurisdiction over a police agency. However, the Hollywood C.C. MAY have made a recommendation to the LA City Council to have this ordinance passed.
@Talljim01 holy shit are you serious??? that's just going way over the top, the person who made that law should be charged - at the end of the day it comes down to $ and seeing as they made nothing from it neither should any1 else.
America is soon going to be completely controlled by only the police; anything aside from staying in your house and being at work will be deemed illegal.
Ohhhh irony...
