I don't see why you guys hate on the 911 operator. He sent the cops almost immediately and typical procedure requires the caller to calm down and explain the situation, which is obviously impossible. First they send help, then they try to calm the victims down, it's a part of their job to stay calm, and it's very important, you might prefer the policeman yelling and crying and making no sense like the woman, but that's not the best way to handle it. He is only gathering info and calming the victim down while help is coming
