I have my Empyrean Katana now and Hi blows this away, but I still like to build a Metsu charge on my Sekirei just because this weapon skill looks so freaking awesome. Reminds me of DBZ.

yeah i know... ffxi is somewhat dying out :( its said, but the new one is around the corner... i can only hope they fixed half of the problems that XI had... number one being the INFLATION problem...

ffxi is not dieing there was that post on SE site little while ago just got 2mil players for the first time the problem is servers getting unballansed servers are overpopulated or underpopulated

I still play the game but I remember there would be 3000 people on all the time when lvl sync came out now there is around 1400 at most times :-( Since they release those add-ons the population has been dwindling. It may be dying but I don't actually see it being dead anytime soon. People have said it has been dying since WoW has come out and that was 5 years ago. I think people are getting annoyed by the RMT tells that SE refuse to fix...

They could defiantly fix the problem easily too by making where people that play on free trials can't /tell people outside of their region unless they are on they're friend's list. Also they should make an option that blocks /tells from people that use free trial. They don't pay for the game they don't deserve the same features as we do.

Blade Metsu looks cool but it sucks in comparison to Blade:Jin or even Ku in some cases.

I hate how the cooler looking the weapon skill means the worst it will be. I know it's not the case with some WS, but that's how it is for a lot.
