I think this video happens (chronologicaly) before the first halo 3 preview. Look at the cloud formation in this one, and compare it to the one above the artifact/structure/what-the-he­ll-is-that in the first preview. See some similarities? They both have that same storm "eye", both have the same lightning, and I think the gray blips in this vid are the ships we see in the first preview. Just a thought
