i was about to criticise why it had been 2 months since you rode such an awesome bike your bike untill i read your comment

ive had my ninja 250 for a month now, I love riding a bike, and take it out every dry day possible. too many stupid drivers on the road that dont brake then they see a bike brake

That's a "tyga" pipe. They look and sound quite good. I like the look of the original underseat the most but this takes second place.

Not like us British. We change the tires to all year ones and ride whatever the weather. Damn Americans afraid of the cold. Come ride in England with rain rain and rain.

Your not riding on a race track, your riding on roads. Your tires generally should be fine.

Lucky you,  this makes the third year in a row my cbr (with fucking carbs) didn't start. The first year I paid to have carbs cleaned, second I broke them trying to do it myself but found out only after paying to have them cleaned cuz I failed and this time I will try again. I think my garage gets lots of condensation in it. Anyway, just venting. I have an aprilia with FI and at least that should start. White is an awesome color for the 675. Sounds great.

Do you use a fuel conditioner before you store your bike? I use sta-bil and follow the recommended dosage on the bottle. Did'nt this year tho' since I fired mine up alot during the cold months. Just a thought,..

Yeah, I used that stuff each time. My garage gets lots of condensation in it so moisture probably gets in there. Found out the reason the bike didn't start this time is because it has low compression. It's still sitting at the dealer. I'll probably buy an engine off ebay or something. If I still have it over the winter I'll make sure to drain the float bowls. Messing around with the carbs has gotten me familiar with them.
