JYP released a statement somewhere. His contract was void. So if he comes back it won't be because he has to.

The contract was void because he received threats fron people in Korea, and some safety rights stuff. So he was allowed to leave and breach the agreement.

I hope this information is spread around. A lot of people seem to think he HAS to return because of this.
