I saw this on tv when it was his competitors commercial and it ended with , were you offended by this commercial, well you should be so vote for(not christy mihos)
These days Mihos is getting press for getting sued by his ex-campaign manager for non payment (Christy says he did pay him though) His opponent, Baker, has a big fundraising advantage.
Note the pols in the ad--two bear a resemblance to Mitt Romney and Kerry Healey...
this video is excellent i havent forgotten about it! i absolutely cracked up when i saw it in civics class my senior year of high school, which was when this campaign was going on.
I voted for him too. Deval and Healy are both equally annoying to me; Patrick is as vague as he possibly can be when asked straightforward questions and Healy is just a dried up quintisential Republican politician biz-natch. Go Christy!
I voted for this guy today even though I knew darned well he would not win. He wasn't so much running to win at this point, it was more that he wanted a forum for trashing the creeps who destroyed his career several years ago. And he did.
They may have never voted on gay marriage, but every poll I've seen shows a majority of Mass. voters support gay marriage, and we keep voting for gay marriage supporting pols.
People are born into being gay. You can't decide whether or not you're gay or not. its not somehting someone just picks one day and says I'm gay or straight its natural
Civil rights aren't meant to go up for a vote. How would you feel if people decided whether you could or could not marry someone you love?
I'm also slightly disturbed that you don't care that your brother's and best friend's rights are being severely abbreviated.
I'm a straight woman from Massachusetts, who has worked for MassEquality and I am beyond proud that we were the first state in the U.S. to allow gay marriage--I hope the rest of the country will finally catch up soon.
the majority of people in this state support gay marriage. There is nothing wrong with gay marriage or gay rights - everyone should be equal no matter what, and its time for us all to grow up and start loving one another as human beings. Not stomp on people because they are different. Its time to GROW UP USA

Grow up you BIGOT
there's nothing wrong with gay marriage or being gay so SHOVE off into the ocean and drown already.
You bigots can go to hell as far as I'm concerned because gay people will still go to heaven , only your one-sided bigotry will damn you to hell.

Massachusetts is not proud of gay marriage. The people of Massachusetts has never supported gay marriage, although they may support gay rights.
The estimated 2.5 million registered voters never voted and supported gay marriage in Massachusetts! It may go a ballot in 2008 where the voters can
decide to keep gay marriage. And by the way, my brother and best friends are homosexual. I'm a heterosexual democrat who supports my Governor
Deval Patrick.

Let the people make their own decisions, it isn't their fault if they're gay.
