  • @blog3000 yar mey to nusrat sahab k raagas ka dewana hu or un k raags yaad karney ki khoshish karta hu par master ki copy kon karey

  • @blog3000 Well mate if you dont like the RAAG then why you are listening the qawali then??? The classical qawali is always full of RAAG..

In case you dont like the RAAG and wanna listen a smooth ghazal type singing, then try this in youtube search:

Phiroon dhoondta maikada tauba tauba 1/2

  • @blog3000 Nusrat Saab uses Raag because he wants to performe traditional way of Qawwali. Amir Khusro did not start Qawwali with just words but with more of a musical approach. The solos of the vocalists depends on their voice quality; of all of the numerous and harmoniums that performed in the party, Rehmat Ali is my favorite. I do not want to cause offence but Rahat Ali's piercing femenine voice is very disturbing for qawwali and has lost the respect that Nusrat has put into qawwali.

  • adnan key yah ghazals hey

  • @blog3000 way i like

  • AweSome..

  • @blog3000 - mate you have to listen to the flow of notes with the tabla, the two harmoniums nd his vocals. This raaag dragged me into a different world, just listen to how it progresses over time nd how he follows with the music, just amazing man. Very nice people, nd is it Iqbal's poetry or someone else's please post. Thanks

  • as sleepy said raag is another language. if u get into it and understand it . dude trust me lol ,,

if u dont enjoy that ur missing 50 % of his music .. no offence

  • ager tum kaho to mai khud ko bhula do TUMHAY BHOOL JANAY KI TAQAT NAHEE HAI

  • one of "the" best qawalli.....

  • The Raag is intrinsic to qawwali, it evokes moods, affectations, and imagery in harmony with the lyrics, it is almost another language in itself - and Nusrat is the Master. However I do agree that the other party members shouldn't solo so much, rather not at all, and their repeated interruptions often break the flow of this and other qawwalies, sometimes quite obviously to Khan-Sahibs annoyance
