Try your local craft stores like Michael's or Joanns! They sell stamps for really cheap at the michaels $1 section (hence, it being cheap). Plus, if youre buying an expensive one, try the 40% off coupons! (which are also available at joanns)

I stamp and emboss on glossy paper with clear embossing powder and go over the image with dye base ink.  Have you tried this technique?
