@omgpuppies0707 It's a minimal increase, gnomish x-ray scope is plenty good enough until you get a solid end game ranged weapon, if an engineer with recipe, disregard this.

what has the better dps in a high level gear, MM or Surv?

MM is currently the top dps spec in end gam raiding/gear. In earlier gear and for heroic dungeon dps, survival wins.

@mikepreachwow Not to disagree with you, but ive noticed that it depends on the fight. having played survival for t11 and t12 now vs other hunters in 25man raids i can come above them im majority of fights due to the amount of movement required. May i also point out that reaching 25% haste is a better threshold for survival hunter as then you can do 3 cobra shots between explosive shots and every 3 explosive shots you have 35 extra focus for the black arrow you want. in end tier crit>mastery :)

@UnionOfHell Bare in mind this guide is for people who have rerolled and entering dungeons for the first time. I purposely skip info regarding haste plateaus, aspect switching and adding extra spells which yield marginal if any dps increase in very specific circumstances. Similar with talents, this setup brings the most dps in heroic dungeons while player get comfortable on the class. I'm happy to debate alterations to the style of play in the advanced guide coming soon

@mikepreachwow may i also say that, when you get a TnT proc your best rotation is explosive shot>kill command>explosive shot> cobra shot (continue with rotation) and also 3/3 one with nature is more dps than 3/3 bestial discipline. Also with your pets talents, the 1/2 in bloodthirsty should be in charge so he gets to enemies faster meaning more dps.
