  • Chest Voice F-2 - F-4

    Head voice G-3 - G-5

  • G2-E5 what i am? I am a man.

  • it's sound's like zombies in Dead Island ;))

  • B2 - G5 i think, i think i'm doing this wrong :(

  • OMG, I can hit an F5. But there's no way I can sustain it. I guess I still have work to do. As soon as I get an F5 down, I can sing Jojo, "Too Little Too Late."

  • I could get to a D5 before I began to strain.

  • E2 - A5 is what? , i'm a girl .

  • @BillKichliebedich If you did that without straining on either end, it's called a hell of a range.

  • D2 -G4, ima guy, whats my range? and im not sure if im doing this right lol

  • What's my range (like how many octaves and notes) if i'm from F2 - A5?

  • E2 -F4 im a girl,

  • Uhhh. I kinda feel like this is a little inaccurate, because I am classified as a mezzo soprano, but I have a range of D3 to at least F#6 (haven't really tried to go higher). The biggest thing that differs a mezzo from a soprano is the color of the voice. I know several "sopranos" that can sing several notes below D3, but can't go anywhere NEAR F#6.

  • high = chimpmunks in distress

  • C2-A4 i went through it multiple times, sure it is a c2 and not a c3 and also sure about the higher end. what does that make me?

  • @fatalityhawk You sound like a bass to me, who can also sing in the baritone range.

  • hi there, would you take a listen to my video and help me find my range. i do not have a piano to find my range. i just became interested in my voice so i am not a good singer ^-^

  • A2-B4 what I am? Low tenor? maybe I'll upload some tracks so maybe you can tell me what I am? thanks :)

  • E2-C6

  • G3 to C5 woo

  • im C5 what am i?

  • I'm E2-A4 what am i?Is that possible?

  • @unisonusername I'm E2-A4 so what would that be?

  • I have a very strong high voice and am always put in Soprano 1 in choir, but I tested my range and I can sing from A2-F6...what the hell does that make me? lol

  • I'd like to know my vocal range. would you like to check it for me? i did it from C2 up to F4. what am I?

  • Man I couldn't hold my laugh from 0:43 to 1:00. It was too damn funny to hear that pitched voice screaming like hell!

  • N'importe quoi...

  • G2 to G4, male soprano for lyfe ~

  • my voice was from E2 - F4.

  • im sorry but that e5 makes me laugh so much i know i should act my age but lol its just that note sounds like he's fallen of a cliff but anyways great video:)

  • I am a woman... You can see my video above this.

    Is this C1-F5 or C2-F6??

    What I am?

  • E2 to C5 :/ damn

  • D3 to C6, i'm a soprano actually

  • i have a short video, what would my voice be considered?

  • @iloveewatermelon range? you sound like a mezzo

  • This video is very annoying and I don't know which notes I'm hitting. GOD how come everyone can hear the difference in notes except for me!!!

  • @HitleriteNazi Maybe you're tone deaf. (Though actually being tone-deaf is supposed to be highly uncommon)

  • @AtariMaxiToriyama Does that mean I'll never be able to hear tones?

  • @HitleriteNazi If you are TRULY tone deaf, then no, but I doubt you are because it's rare.

You may just need to train your ear.

  • E2 to C6 tenor?

  • D#2 - A4.. okay..

  • F2-F5 I'm a girl, 14 years. What vocal range is that?

  • F2-A4 , is this normal?:D I was in a choir before tho, in the soprano group...

  • I don't think many baritones can sing a B4 in full voice. All that is mostly required is a G4 or maybe an A4 on a reallllly special occasion.

  • D2 to B5 for a male. Typically sing Tenor / Baritone (when needed) what voice category should I actually be in? Also, once about D5 hits I have to switch into full falsetto.

  • C-5 : Prince.

  • I'm a man and my range is E3-D5 with A5 in falsetto. I'm 23. Is that normal, what would that category be? All my family always told me everytime I talk, laugh or sing, I do it very high. :P

  • lol going into the high notes makes a man sound like a fucking witch!

  • My range is comfortably E2-G4, and with some strain up to B4. Is that wide enough?

  • Comment removed

  • My full range is A1-C5 with A5 in falsetto. I'm 15 and I sing second bass in my choir. Bass-baritone?

  • LOLOLOOLOLOLOLOOOLL XD I TOTALLY COULDN'T START LAUGHING MY ASS OFF AT THE END WHEN HE SCREAMED.

  • E5 : King Diamond!

  • A5 :D with falsetto and G5 without :D im 13

  • E2 - C5 O.o I can hit D5 with falsetto. I still don't know how to use my head voice.

  • can you please determine my vocal range? I have a singing video on my channel. PLEASE!

  • E2-G4... Is that normal for a woman?! :\

  • G2-C4 without falsetto. D4-F5 with falsetto. baritone?

  • Good day, i can sing as low as G5 (lower that all the girls i know!) but can go up to G5, A5 on a good day with my head voice for backvocals etc. What am i? Alto, mezzo? Thanks!

  • @SingingTrainer isn't g5 high?

  • @zephster07 High but possible with head voice for harmonies (since i don't sing opera!). On a really good day, i can go to A5... Obviously, i don't sing lead in that register. I'm super confortable singing Eurythmics, KT Tunstall, Brian Adams, Melissa E., Sarah McL. etc

    So, any idea?

  • ohh and I forgot your D5 is kind of flat. But great job belting the higher notes.

  • I'm sorry but I think there's a mistake here. Soprano range does not start from F3, I'm a soprano myself and I can only dream of hitting F3 lol. Soprano range start from C4-C6 and higher. I never met a soprano who hits a note way below C4 sorry. Unless they have really freaky vocal range.

  • Oookay, all three octaves were pretty easy for me.

  • c3-d2

  • comfortable: G2- G5

    I'm able to go E2 to Bb5.

But i take lessons. And after G5 it sounds like shit. But it's something. haha

    I'm 15 Male btw.

  • I'm F#2 (although, my voice sometimes touches E2 and F2) to D#5 (I can rarely hit E5). I'm a male, age 14, so does that make me a Low Baritone (Dramatic Bass-baritone)?

Note: I mostly hit all the notes from F4 To D#5 (or E5) in falsetto/head voice.

  • I'm E3 to F5 but it has a dark quality tone to me..less bright. So, Mezzo-soprano~.

  • I'm B3-C5 Male age 14. Is that Tenor?

  • Would you listen to my videos and see what I am? :L

  • @PDaniPereira sound like a high baritone

  • @unisonusername ah right ok thanks :) i was wondering what i was for ages haha

  • so what am i then??? G2 - C5 a tenor??? i'm a girl tho is that possible??? :s

  • @Poppia1988 hello "nana" i listened to your videos and i can say that your voice sound like a mezzo soprano...your vocal range should be something like that: e3-f5 if your range was g2-c5 you couldn't be able to sing songs of beyonce and rihanna [i mean in the same key]

by the way...you have an amazing voice

  • @unisonusername Oooowwhh thank u so much :) Lol i tested ma vocal range with a cold tho, can't breathe properly :p Thank u for the nice compliment. x

  • @Poppia1988 yeah, same here with me! even if G2 is sometimes hard for me to reach, when i am not warmed up :)

  • Soprano:)

  • C3-C6..so far.. This doesn't go high enough..

  • c2-d5 male

  • THANK YOU FOR WATCHING THIS VIDEO!!!

    ... HAVE A NICE DAY

  • What is G2 - C6?

  • E2 : )

  • ahh I didn't mean B4 I mean , B2 to E5, no training, is that good ?

  • Tenor from B4 to E5 , not trained , is that good ? lol

  • i got C-5 what would i be

  • cant go very low :/ haha A3 to D6 maybe higher :p

  • what am I? :/ around g2 and a2 to f5 if I really try, but d5 is better

  • so whats C2-G5/A5 !?

  • A5

  • emm , is it a good thing if i have a vocal range between F2 - E5 ?

  • @hurricaneioke That's nearly 3 octaves. So yeah, it is!

  • how many octaves do I have if I can go from A2-C5?

  • @Bourne2Shine That would be two octaves and one note,I think. :)

  • A2-D5 Oh lovely :D

  • C2 -> D5 ;-)

  • B2-B4 >_>

  • A3-B5 with a bit of straining. Would that be soprano?

  • @Undermyskin18 nope not yet. probably mezzo?

  • @zephster07 I've been categorized as a mezzo in the school choir last year but I was later "moved" to the sopranos, because I told the teacher I couldn't sing the low notes proprely. I often went off pitch and I could hear that clearly when singing along with the other girls. The high notes are naturally a lot more comfortable for my voice but I cannot hit the C6 yet so I'm not sure. Maybe with practice I could eventually be categorized as a soprano? I really hope so.

  • @Undermyskin18 I'm pretty sure you could. Well since you're much more comfortable with your highs then with practice you can. Just like me I'm a bass 1 cuz of my extreme lows in my choir but my natural type is a baritone so I worked my way up to a tenor 2. Now i can hit a c5.

  • @zephster07 Oh wow! Congratulations. I will keep practicing and who knows, maybe my voice is just untrained at the moment and I can eventually get to the soprano level. Thanks a lot for the explanations. :)

  • @Undermyskin18 sure thing! keep believing and you'd be able to do it! :D

  • @zephster07 Thank you! I hope so. ^^

  • @zephster07 Ehm, doesn't that just mean that you're a baritone with a high range? Not trying to be rude, but I don't think it's possible to go change your baritone into a tenor voice.

  • @calastiur are you talking about my comment to undermyskin18? If you're talking about that then yes it's possible to be moved class wise since I can hit high notes but my natural type would always be a baritone. You can actually be moved from a class to another class in a choir.

  • @zephster07 Ah ok, we're clear then.

  • Very helpful, thanks!

  • C2-G3 :P

  • weak!

  • g2-b4 \O/

  • f2-a5 :)

  • I can hit from d2 to g5, the rest are impossible for me.

  • I can hit a E3 to C6 O.o

  • im a man and i just got to mezzo soprano i sing tenor one though not gay though just talented haha jk but this was cool thumbs up for this

  • F2 - B5 :D

  • c6 ian gillan

  • Comment removed

  • E2 to c4 :D

  • is c3 , middle C?

  • B3 to C6 what range is that

  • @yasmin256987 soprano

  • Ok, my range is F2-E6, so i'm a bass and a soprano lol

  • F2 - B4 what range is that?

  • E3-C5

so what range is that? XD

  • B1 to B4 full voice, C4-Eb5 falsetto

  • D2-Bb5 full voice. F6 falsetto.

  • I can go from B3 to A4, so does it mean i'm in the soprano range? I'm totally at loss :P

  • I can go from B2 to E4 with my full voice, F4 to A5 with falsetto

  • mine is F2-F4 :P

  • Im a talto with a huge range

  • full vocie: c2-g4 falsetto: to b5

  • full voice: C2 - E4 falsetto: up to A4 i doubt this is very good

  • I can sing a C2 - F4 with full voice. If i go up to falsetto then i can sing up to an E5. I am a bass but do i count the falsetto part of my vocal range?

  • i got until a-5 is that good?

  • Counting chest voice and head voice I can hit from A2 to G5....well D5 up is falsetto. And the first person who tries to say that head voice and falsetto are the same thing is getting mentally slapped.

  • My range is b2-d5 so is that a low contralto

  • I got D2 to A5 O_o i've never been in choir before, but i think that's good. no i'm not kidding :p

  • B2 - E5, comfortably; G5 in falsetto, C6 in whistle.

    What am I?

  • @augustethomas a liar.

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • @jnyveslbl Why I'd be a liar? What do I gain by lying on the internet?

  • @augustethomas I ain't gonna start any shindig on this, real singers know what they're talkin' about.

If you wanna hear a voice hitting E5 for real without falsetto, search for "Vanja Mijatovic, Bato" and listen to the ending sequence.

If you can do that, record yourself, upload it, and then send my bytes.

  • @jnyveslbl ok. Maybe I'm record Habanera from Carmen (Bizet), too. Really. Rs' See ya.

  • i got to about B3 or B4

idk is that a female tenor???

    or a low alto??

  • @WeaslysWizardWeezes nevermind its at the end

  • B2 - B4; D5 w/ falsetto.

That's really quite low for a female. No wonder my mother tells me I have the voice of an old man :D

  • C2-F4, and then up to E5 with falsetto. Comfortable at only D2-D4 though. Guess I'm either a lyric bass or a bass-baritone.

  • in ur last part of ur video ..in conclusion.. i was confused ... LOL ;;)

  • About that C2 thing... my little brother can hit that note, and I can hit a strong D2 on a good day, usually only E2. I am 100% sure it is not C3. Absolutely no way that we are tenors. Check Warrel Danes cover of 'lucretia my reflection', and Type O Negatives 'Nettie'... he can hit the lowest notes there without fry.

I understand that many people misjudge the octave, but the way you have written that will probably mislead those who *can* hit those notes.

  • mine is at baritone

  • c2-c6. what am i?

  • complete bullshit lol... epic fail bro.

  • im f2 to c6

  • im tenor

  • G2-D5 ...what am I ?

  • I'm alto, wtf is my vocal range ?

  • @SirSamuel1234

    Bass . Gotta be .

  • D2-F5, 4 octaves. I'm a dude. I can sing Bohemian Rhapsody well.

  • hey wtf ? tell me mine is Bb4 to C# 6? ? category

  • my voice is weird i match with b3 from mezzo suprano iam lost please explaing?

    iam a guy also

  • @psychobillyrocks121 the last 3 generations of men can sing also higher for exsample I can sing E2-E6 but what comforts the zone of your upper low register thats where you should look at for me that is E3-E5 so mezzo and then i am A Coloratura mezzo soprano
