  • While I respect Jim Norick, I haven't forgotten that he refused to attend the funeral of Ed Tefft who was KIA in Vietnam even though his parents pleaded with Mayor Norick to do so. Ed was the 1,000th Oklahoman to be killed in Vietnam but since it wasn't politically profitable to attend, the Mayor couldn't bother. He owes Vietnam vets an apology.even after 40 years.

  • Growing up in Oklahoma City was full of memories!!!!

Harding High School, the Graffitti Bridge on Western, Split - T on Western, the Will Rogers Movie theater on Western, the Patio on the Classen Circle.

Now,the former Mayor, Ronald Norick, has a library named after him. Uncle Jim and Aunt Madelyne did well with two wonderful children, whom I grew up with.

Yes, Uncle Jim Norick is and has been a wonderful person in my life as his niece.

  • No problem.....my mother would be honored to say this is her brother.....go figure.....and so would my aunt, and also his son, Ronald Norick is my first cousin.

  • This is my Uncle...I am so proud of him!!!

  • its dificult to believe you ..... i personaly dont think so but it might be .......
