the blur is actually nice lol, hurts your eyes a little bit but its good.

Bloom is annoying. just hold shift and press F9 to keep reflections blur etc but it turns the overly done bloom off.

the 8400 gs is worse than the 7600 gt.. 8400 gs has and 64 bit memory interface while the 7600 had 128.. If you want a good gfx card get an nvidia card in the 7 8 or 9 series where the second number is a 6 or more.. 8600gt, 9500gt

It can't look the same without realism mode and you can't have more fps with realism mode. You just need a pretty good gpu and a strong cpu to run gtasa with this mod. I can't run it very well, but I can admit that I run gta iv on max better ( around 25 fps )
