@Mr420Dubstep Look at it like this. Until we are legal adults our parents are responsible for our actions. Not cool to make a person responsible for a choice they don't make...any person. As the person holding the contest now you are responsible for making sure the people who submit, are the ones responsible...if these people respect you they wouldn't dream of getting you in trouble and will understand. Get creative artists!! you may be able to enter it through an older friend.
