  • Man I remember my last game on that stadium is when they faced against Tampa Bay for Thanksgiving.

  • so after all the history in the stadium with the hole in its roof Jerry decides to implode it. Kinda sad really...

  • WOW my country would love to have a stadium like that one even that old texas stadium would look great in my hometown city where i was born...AMERICA is a great country i wish americans would realize that more.

  • OMG the boys are doin more than amazing this year!.....

  • What takes years to build, and millions to maintain, gets destroed that easily by dynamite ;D

  • wow

  • oh no ...bin laden attacks texas stadium!!!!!

  • The way they are palying they should blow up the new one too

  • TREY WINGO!

  • Look up BIG E implosion

  • Gid det var brøndby stadion ;(

  • should of had a red skins fan push the button

  • And the Eagles fans scream the LOUDEST ! LOL

  • ima miss the old stadium real talk

  • Great stadium, lotta history. Sad to see it go.

  • @imtoogodly4523 anything going up in it's place?

  • BIN LADEN???

  • dont agree with the reaction at all. As a Cowboys fan, Id be sad

  • yay, maybe now the Cowshits won't win another super bowl because they don't have their precious old stadium :).

  • @VGMasterFreak We don't need Texas Stadium, we have the new state of the art Cowboys Stadium. Cowboys Stadium is the best stadium in the NFL.

  • This hurt my feelings. ima miss that stadium.

  • Looks like firework:)

  • tony romo should of been in there

  • @elmexicano0016 dat funny

  • Why didn't they just crash an airplane into it to bring it down? It worked on 9/11 Please thumbs up this comment.

  • @jh4dc5s You know you're pathetic when you ask people to thumbs up your comment.

  • What a crappy looking piece of shit stadium that was.

  • This video has been entered into the 'News of the Day' battle at BattlingTube website.

  • kevjumba was there!

  • A Revolution, War for Independence, Fortunes, Families, Lives---ALL put on the line and FOR WHAT?!

So we could turn around and invite NON-IMMIGRANT foreigners to have installed, their off spring, as Commander in Chief???!!!!

"Give us a break" The first children born of the first pledged citizens are the first natural born citizens of the new nation No foreign attachment permitted in this nation's strong Chief Exec

  • @kiiifute1 Wow! You must be an American Indian to have that viewpoint! LOL

  • @Si1very So by that response, we can assume that you approve of open borders, amnesty, balkanization, and lawlessness...correct?

  • @randommagnum Hardly. But these comments have ZERO to do with this video, and I think it's assinine to rage on about how awful it is to have a president whose family came from oversees when ALL OF US HAVE IMMIGRANT FAMILIES unless you were American Indian. That attitude is ridiculous if you have any historical perspective whatsoever.

  • @Si1very Well, I'll agree that they have nothing to do with the video. Actually, even America's indigenous people originally came from overseas as well (across the Bering Strait) but I digress...

I'll admit that I didn't know where that conversation was going when I jumped in...but for the record, I'd be concerned about where Barack Obama Jr. himself was really born, and what to do about the "anchor baby" problem.

  • @kiiifute1 umad?

  • controlled det always amazes me.

  • I was crying,not cheering

  • You guys can thank Osama BinJones for this!

  • better not do this to the astrodome.

  • @GRAW2GUNNER i no it was bad enough that they took our sixflags down now there really wont be anything in houston with the space center closeing down

  • @GRAW2GUNNER What is the Astrodome used for nowadays? I remember watching some great Astros baseball games there as a kid. It would break my heart to see it implode.

  • That has got to be the worst timed countdown.

After the countdown nothing happens for the next 10 seconds or so.

  • @ITubeTooInc That count down was from when the first explosion went off, The first explosion could of be in side and out of veiw

  • its the end of a eara damn.....my heart sank.

  • holy crap! hope they didn't forget Jose the janitor in there

  • why didn't terrorists think of that?

  • that sux thats alot of memories there but there will be many more in the new one and they will eventually blow that one up two but i will probally be dead when that happens lol

  • They destroyed it because maintaining a stadium of that size requires a lot of time and money, both of which the city of Irving really didn't have. The Dallas metro area has the new Cowboys Stadium, the Cotton Bowl, and several others that can be used to host events; what good is one more when the land could be used for something else? May not be popular, but it's reasonable.

  • This video has been entered into the 'News of the Day' battle at BattlingTube website.

  • Sad to see it go. But with this end comes the beginning of new memories on the new stadium.

...and on the first Sunday God said "let their be a stadium of massive awesomeness be built to house my favorite team!" - God

From the book of Landry: Verse: 3

    Go Cowboys!!

  • I cried after I watched this... It was so great! :) The new stadium is monumental though! :D

  • well good bye old cowboys stadium dey really shouldn't hav blown it up

  • Good video! Sure reminds me of 9/11.

  • i feel like someone destroyed my childhood home

  • i wouldve died laughing if romo forgot sumthing there and went it to get it

  • look at the cop taking photos... where was the suicidal guy who should have jumped the baracades and went for it.. just straight went toward the implosion. til next season.... LETS GO MAVS!!!!! San Antonio here we come baby..

  • RIP I will miss you. lol

  • nice video

  • WOW, good video! Controlled explosive demolitions always remind me of 9/11. Who could forget that day!

  • the government is too damn bored.. they just wanna find away to waste our taxes

  • What a beautiful sight!!!! Cowbarn I goes down. I hope I'm around when they do the same to Cowbarn II. SKOL VIKES!!!! 34-3!!

  • @budgrant69 who are the vikes?? enlighten my knowledge im interested

  • What a beautiful sight!!! I understand 20,000 Cowboy fans watched from the inside to get a better view. Too bad it wasn't a sellout...

  • @budgrant69 LOL. im die hard fan but I dont care who you are thats funniest thing ive heard yet..

  • what about recycling?

  • Love the dude who shouted "DO IT AGAIN!!".

  • @GrannyTran He meant "do it again" to Cowbarn II.

  • Very fast very to demolish old thing in new time

  • why wouldthey do this...thats like obama destroying his home the white house

  • looks like an ufo

  • 這比看倒數還壯觀多了 !!

  • What I don't understand is why if Texas us such a big state, why haven't the cowboys done better lately. I want sooperbowls.

  • lol this is so cool!! reminds me 9/11...

  • @fr1edweezy HAHAHAHAHAHA.

  • im suprised they did'nt fly an unmanned drone into their temple, they could have invaded iran.

  • hey thats dallas. houston still has the astrodome. they were going to demolish it but people said no. so yea its not all texans, me personally i think the new cowboy stadium is a waste of resources. and it probabbly wouldnt last as long as this stadium would have.

  • "Do it again" lol FTW!!

  • @Dezizz HAHA totally.

  • kool

  • nice

  • why you have to destroy it... man thats history thats the team legacy.... what about if all big things where destroyd because they where old..?... like the coliseum in rome, pyramids in egypt .... i don;t get it..

  • @defton24 it was probably for safety.. you dont want that shit collapsing on you during a game

  • @defton24 Because it's all about money. The stadium was falling apart. It would cost too much to preserve/restore it. Also Jerry Jones the owner of the Dallas Cowboys wanted a bigger stadium with more suites and season ticket holders in order to collect more money.

  • @defton24 You pay the real estate taxes. Reality sucks eh?

  • @defton24 Please don't be a retard. You can't compare the history of a football team with a civilization that existed for thousands of years. Have you gone to Rome or Egypt ??! Those are master pieces this shit was just a football stadium. You don't get why it was destroyed? It's called C-A-P-I-T-A-L-I-SM. Everything old should be destroyed and replaced . All those assholes were clapping!! that was pathetic ... The stadium was still as a stadium anyways, it could have had multiple uses.

  • @defton24 DUDE - I see why you don't get it - you are just too stupid!!!!!!

The Colisuem in Rome is still standing - it is the largest tourist attraction in the world - over 6,500,000 people per year. As are the Great Pyramids of Chepos - still there and standing!! And if you will give Dallas County the $14 million per year that they will gain in revenue for the land use - I'm sure you can leave the old and very outdated stadium standing!!!!!! Oops - guess not!!!!!

  • lol

  • They should of flown a giant Eagles flag over the stadium as it fell. Show the eagle flying over the crumbling old stadium.

  • @BMWBuyer15 why would they when they beat the eagles 3 times last season

  • they should do it to the new one too giants 2010 baby!!!!!!

  • Dallas will go 8 - 8 this year , the new stadium is bad luck, it's only good for boxing, ice skating , monster truck driving, concerts, truck shows , boat shows , gun and knife shows , pickle eating contest , potato sack races , I can go on and on ! Should have kept the old stadium

  • @bigwhodat9 we will see next year

  • so sad

  • so sad Im such a big football fan i started to tear

  • I remember the 1st time I was at this stadium watching the cowboys own.I think back to every game my dad took me to as a child.I think about how it was then, and how it is now :(.

  • porque no metieron ahi a unas cuantas persona

  • 1 down 2 to go in the NFC East.... GO REDSKINS.. MY ONLY SAFE PLACE TO BE AFTER THE EAGLES BETRAYED ME!!

  • when my teams football stadium (soccer to those of you from america) was demolished there were only tears..... not joy. somerton park it was called, home of the world famous newport county afc

  • Another parking lot lol

  • Only in texas will they cheer about destroying a monumental building.

"woooo whoooooo lets watch that explosion y'all"

  • what a waste of resources!!!!

  • was this a rehearsal for 9/11 ?

  • What idiots you just watched you beloved stadium get destroyed and turned into rubble, the place where you won all those games and where such a great team for all those years. And they cheer. Not cry, they cheer. I will never get people from Texas. Bunch of morons if you ask me.

  • @bobywade517 i love the cowboys and i also can not understand why they cheer it is the saddest footage i have ever seen in my life :(

  • @bobywade517 I'm from texas!!! dont ever talk about us like that!! We texans enjoy entertainment like watching an implosion! You don't know anything until u live in Texas.!!

  • The joy of losers.

  • The sound reminds me of Cloverfield :D

  • stupid rednecks...its not imploding its just collapsing inward coz its support beams are blown.

  • ...is it just me or did a boeing just fly into that stadium? Certainly went down and sounded like it did. Weird.

  • @lostinbrisbane: =D =D =D

  • DO IT AGAIN!!!

  • Are some of you oblivious to the fact the new stadium has already been built and used lol

  • Anyone notice what a demolition sounds like? None of this was heard when the buildings collasped during 9/11 meaning it was not a demolition. I hope the conspiracy wack jobs shut the hell up now.

  • 65,000 seats, is it just me or was that kind of a waste? I mean, I've been to the new Cowboys Stadium, and it's amazing, but couldn't have this still been used or concert venues and such?

  • Shouldve put the crown inside and make a video of that! ^_._^

  • Do it again!

  • Good riddance!

  • hahaha all are crazy;))

  • good job

  • OMG the government has done it !! Ima gonna ask the 9/11 truthers to investigate this!!

  • Now they need to do this to the rest of Texas, laughs.

  • Cool! :D

  • Especially when it's a 110 story skyscraper right?

  • I think I found my new career path...

  • reminds me of 911

  • Wait ! Stop! I think T.O. was still in there!

  • I wonna job doing that =D... Why did they do that... Building a new one are they?

  • que divertido ser del equipo de demolicion puedes destruir las cosas y no te dicen nada XD

  • epic

  • I remember Terrell Owens 49ers put the football on the cowboy star after he got a touchdown in that stadium lol! thats a great memories!

  • hmmm reminds me of the cowboys....smashed to the grown like every season!

  • Cool, but this is a explotion not implotion. Just because controlled explotions caused the stadium to fall inwards does NOT count as a implotion.

  • what happened did they have another losing season?

  • why did they knock it down?? what are they planning to rebuild?

  • nice

  • Did you know there was a third building to collapse in Manhattan? Watch the analysis in the YouTube video called, "Blueprint for Truth".

  • I think I saw my self in the camera

  • Congrats dallas cowgirls

  • Noooooo not the astrodome :( tears good memories

  • I have the cowboys in my blood and this stadium was my heart and I will never forget it. Go cowboys

  • Do it again! Lol :)

  • yeah do it again

  • Wow

Months to build seconds to destroy

  • The smoke looked like a guy coming out of the ground. 0.o

  • Now all they have 2 do is deystroy the new stadium! Go Eagles!!

  • Next Demolition ..... Texas

  • digital zoom ftw

  • Haha just like the 2 towers in NYC.

    K N O W E

  • Otra parte de la Grandiosa Historia de los Vaqueros, se fue para quedarse en los recuerdos, muy gratos momentos vivi en ese estadio. We miss you!!!!

  • man that was sad to me!!!!and people scram!!!lol.....why would they scream wehn the DALLAS STADIUM falls down!!!!!i never wanted it to be this way!!Lol

still sad about the whole thing even though i didnt go to see it LIVE!!!!:((

  • I always prefereed the cotton bowl anyways.

  • Haha the guys like Do IT AGAIN

  • Hi - a quick note from me, this video's filmographer - the countdown was actually accurate, but the explosions began on the far side of the building - you could hear the knocking sounds of the pops, but you don't see anything until the sequence spirals around to this side.

  • @Si1very its suprising how long a demolition can last some times

  • lol me and my friend were there when it happened it waz kool seeing it go down

  • Rebuilding right

  • Looked like an office fire to me.

  • Don't believe outrageous theories that this was a controlled demolition. Obviously fell because of a few office fires. Because of this, we should invade some resource rich country and slaughter a bunch of citizens to make us more free.

  • implosion=Destroy from inside

  • I was closer than this..

  • The part where it falls reminds me of 911 :)

  • Why was this demolished?

  • @flamincookie because they are rebuilding a new stadium for the Dallas Cowboys.

  • best thing that you could do

  • wow a bit of a messed up countdown lmfao!!!

  • Larry Silverstein must have told them to pull this one too.

  • That reminds me of some thing...........

oh yea when the government blew up WTC1,2,7

  • That reminds me of some thing...........

oh yea when the government blew up WTC1,2,7

  • "do it again" thats funny shit

  • There goes a piece of history. Anyways.. GO COWBOYS!!

  • yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

  • yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy my baby said nevermind i aint getttin nun

  • Cowboys suck any way GO SKINS

  • I cant believe a 11-year old pushed the button to blow it up....im so jealous...

  • lmao who started that countdown? nothin happened for another 20 seconds... dumbasses XD

  • Aw I was hoping it was gonna be a giant fireball
