if you can't think critically 'bout maiden's songs at all-you're an idiot. Of course everyone have their own taste of music but you can't automatically think that if it's maiden, it's good. I personally think that this song is not maiden's best and I hope that there are better ones coming :)

Everything up to Powerslave was gold this song lacks everything that maiden once one. It is 7 minutes of just meh riffing. I got a bit excited at the beginning, but then it was just boring. It starts off like Barracuda by Heart.

The song does not do Bruces voice justice and it is overall just a weak song.

@CloudcoleVII I saw them live back in 2008 on the Trapped Somewhere in Time Tour and the live show was amazing. But after seeing the set list for the upcoming tour I am glad I didn't spend money on a ticket. I have Nevermore, Warbringer, and Hatesphere coming through Winnipeg for 27 bucks and they are playing a Bar, that in my opinion is a show on a personal level I love it!

Love it haha and I believe there will be much better to come yet on this album. The first song they released to promote "A Matter of Life and Death" was "The Reincarnation of Benjamin Breeg" and that turned out to be arguably the worst song on the album, although it is still a great song.

Still love Maiden though - they were the single biggest influence on me as a teenager. Just awesome

They lost it around the Blaze Bailey years and No Prayer / Fear of the Dark, but they were incredible. Constant album / tour / album / tour for the majority of the 80's pays testament to how prolific they were

Can take or leave the new stuff personally, but its always good to see them cracking on
