damn shame so many know of front royal and that spot now ... 20 yrs ago it felt like my own private hole ... now you cant even find a place to park after launching the tracker .
@thefalco777 Are you local to F.R.? Two people drowned there this year, a kayaker in April and a little boy in June. It was decided to tear the dam down. Just saw in the paper today that they're done, and a pic of it gone. It looks really different now.
That damn got tore down a year ago.

That dam with the water flowing over it has claimed many lives. All the water pressure makes it impossible to swim out once you have been caught.
