This supercar show has been going on in London since the late 70's to early 80's, mostly in the summer months and majority of the summer cars have arabic plates. That is a license plate from the Emirate, Abu Dhabi, in the country The United Arab Emirates. The 5 at the frost represents a... who would have guessed it, the number 5, as it categorizes the plates of the cars (as you can imagine there are more then 99999 cars in the Emirate), meaning that they had to separate them. You also get a 6, as well as a couple others that I dont remember off the top of my head.
