@mikewalston caps are a huge waste of money i would advise you to stay away and try to make a spot for a battery...as for your wiring you will get much better results running a second 0 gauge wire,trust me taking shortcuts will hurt you in the long run

heres a tip for stripping zero gauge. when you slit it all the way around, slice it along the strands as hard as you can. you cant cut any of the wires and it can be peeled off in like 2 seconds

Just spent all day hookin up my 2 kinetik 2400s. I had to drill like 6 terminals and solder like 20. I was usin the vise grips just like you. brought back flashbacks
@depravedone lol,ya they setup i have now added 700 lbs to my tahoe...but it makes it ride so smothe with the weight back there.....it made my brakes horrible tho so i put drilled and slotted rotors with ceramic pads and its perfect now

@knotdrummer88 gotcha the easy way is to run the power wire thru where the steering wheel comes thru,or you could drill a hole and use a rubber gromit to stop any wind or smells from coming thru,as 4 the head unit if you get the wiring harness from bestbuy that fits ur car u just plug it in and then all the wires are color coated u cant mess up

Yea my opinion is that you got a great setup and the finish build is going fucking sick.people need to learn that there's more to a system than subs,a box,and an amp,if you want a good high quality system you need to put time,effort,and money not just some wal mart subs in a prefab box with a shit amp. 5* all the way.keep the bulid going

Yea idont really have a system right now except for one off brand,piece of shit 10".my dream system is two Fi Btl's but I'm not for sure if I want Btl's or the Bl's or something more for daily use not spl,cuz I don't think I'll be doing comps and shit just driving around.would you reccomend the Btl's for daily use.I would like your input

Damn 18's were the size I wanted.I kno Fi makes 18's for daily use.Oh well .and I agree Fi is an all around good sub,from what I've seen.actually the worst I've ever seen an Fi fuck up was when yours cought fire.that was fucked up.but now your moving up.can't wait to see more vids
