@Shokinowa you get it from riley rangers after the quest; it's an option from the armor or the minigun (eugene). my opinion, pick the armor then kill them all then you get there little base and you get all there armor and ammo.
where'd you get the wilkes booth wanted poster i've played all the dlc and beat the main fallout three "game" with all side quests (i think i've completed everything) and...i didnt see that
You should have placed a pile of cap mines on the table put some plasma mines, frag mines and pulse mines in the stack too and ended it all with a nuka nade.
