I still regret the cowboys passing him up. I became a better Cal fan watching Desean play. Someone tried to argue with me that Michael Crabtree was a better receiver than him. I said maybe a better contract but thats it.

Jerry Rice called it. Desean had no problems adjusting to the NFL. His first 2 games to start the year were a 100 yard games, and he didn't look back.

i think that you can already argue that Desean deserves to be called the #1 wideout on the Eagles. But it doesn't matter, as long as he starts and doesn't get hurt, I see Jackson becoming one of the top 5 receivers in the league in the near future. (and when i say near future, I mean the 2009-2010 season)

ivan65, no doubt that Djax is already the #1; the other WR's aren't even in his stratosphere. It helps that he has Mcnabb throwing him the ball, but I agree, he's going to be considered an elite receiver soon. He has the tools to be one the greatest WR's ever. It's surprising that with all that talent, he didn't get into the endzone more, but that's about the only thing that was a fluke about last year.
