@cryinbananas94 Yep. As good as points are, what a player must do is make sure to fire the shot that has the higher chance of going inside. A coach will be happier if you make an easy 2 pointer than if you bank in an extremely tough three pointer when you could have tried something else.

his midrange game also needs major improvement. if he could pull up and consistently hit that shot, he'd be an absolute superstar and the #1 overall pick. this kid is a competitor though, and i expect him to continue to improve.

@RugersRugin i agree completely a pull up j from midrange would make him next to unstoppable. His 1st step is one of the most ridiculous ones i've ever seen and he's already ready for the next level in that aspect. His assist numbers aren't high due to a combination of being too scoring minded the first few games and his teammates not knocking down shots from his dishes in the most recent ones.

kid has improved every game this season. he is not the "volume scorer" that everyone seems to think that he is. he's improved his ability to spot up and consistently hit the three, which is huge for him. he still has a lot to improve on, which is scary considering how great he is already. for someone who gets in the lane and to the rim as often as he does, averaging two assists a game is kind of pathetic. he's drawing the double team, now he just needs to know when and where to pass it.
