Anyway, thanks for posting these great soap episodes. Jada Rowland was a heck of an actress - too bad she was never nominated for an Emmy.
Hey this was great! That Carolee sure is scrappy. I love it how she's always givin somebody what for in these clips. How'd she ever put up with the Aldriches??? Wish soaps were still like this about everyday people & things you can relate to instead of the mob and baby snatchers and guys getting hypnotized by the CIA to become their twin brother or whatever. Give me old fashion reallife conflict any day. Thanks for this!
The guy in the Ultra Brite commercial is Garrett M. Brown. He's one of those character actors who have been around for 30 years whose face you know, but you'd never remember their name. He is probably best-known for playing Macaulay Culkin's dad in "UNCLE BUCK".
"THE DOCTORS" was taped at 30 Rock. Recently, it was announced that artifacts from this programme were discovered in making way for the newsmagazine "ROCK CENTER". No word yet on what exactly they found. I hope another episode!
Was this soap filmed in New York? You know after One Life To Live goes off the air, there will be no soaps from New York anymore.In 2011, raising a grandchild is an everyday thing. The children are on drugs, or unfit to raise the child so he or she goes to Grandma and Grandpa's to live.That's what happened to Stewart Damon. He adopted and raised his grandson.Thanks for this video, I don't know any of the people on here but it's vintage soaps.Lovely ending music.

I'm sorry that this team didn't have more success. I have heard many good things about Grover and Levin as writers on this show, and this episode certainly backs that up.
The closing music is so striking. Very contemplative.
@CarlD2 The other poster's wrong. The guy in that Ultra Bright commercial is Stephen James. He played the doc on As the World Turns who aborted Ellie Snyder's baby. U can see him if ya go Oakdalian's channel & look up November 1992 Pt. 1. He kinda looks like Garrett M. Brown but it ain't him. He was also in Welcome Home Bobby. He was the guy that got Bobby's cherry!

I used to see David O'Brien out in the 'clubs' in NYC, very dashing.
