All praise is due to the Most-Merciful, Originator of the heavens and the earth. It appears as though this YouTube account has been upgraded so that videos longer than 15 minutes can be uploaded. However, my pc and video software is currently unavailable to me, therefore I cannot make videos at the moment. If Allah wills, I will be able to make videos again soon.

I havent done anything. I hadnt uploaded a video for over a month (due to the aforementioned reason), but when I clicked the upload button today, there was a message saying "Congratulations! Your account is now enabled for uploads longer than 15 minutes."
I assume it is due to either the number of views the channel/videos have recieved or the number of subscribers to the channel. But I dont know to be honest.
