This in no way, shape or form shows Obama being racist. This book was about his past, and most of the things you're qouting him about are things other people said to him. FYI when Obama was a child minorities were still looked down upon and races were still very seperated so of couse he's going to have people around him who are racist or who make racist comments. @Bucktown1999 I am white and I am not racist. In fact, one of my best (girl) friends is African American, I love her no less for this. I do know that there are some racist Caucasian people out there who try (and sometimes, succeed) at killing African Americans. But I also know that there are African American people out there who do the same. So how does that make us any better than the other? It doesn't.
