  • Shut the GOD Crap up >_<

  • zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

  • The Erie RR vs Thompkins case in 1937 set a precedent where 137 years of Common Law Court decisions were tossed out the window, and since then we have operating under a form of International Admiralty Jurisdiction. That cases precedent would have to be overturned to restore Common Law, and that's not like ly to happen, since it would void out all the agencies and beaureas and services the government shoves down our throats. Look up Senate Report 93-549 for starters.

  • im going to try to let people know about this

  • This young man has a lot of truth to say.

  • more info will be coming soon, this is all new to most of us...

  • will you please send me documented evidence of this 'up and running' common law court .. and a case that I can review ..actual documents of a case dismissed or overturned or damages received, bail returned, etc ? thank you

  • @earthicastar The common law court and our present private law system are not compatible. One is based on law the other is based on profit.

  • i understand that the court system is not based on law.. what I want to know is what this man means when he says 'up and running' common law court

  • Common law court consists of a jury, plaintiff, defendant, and a jurist. A jurist is simply someone informed of the law to guide the proceedings with knowledge that the plaintiff and defendant use to assist them in the proceedings.

Common law proceedings operate as a court of law that people assemble themselves. So, if in the proceedings of a common law court someone is found guilty of a major crime, they would be handed over to the Sheriff by a posse assembled by the Common law court. Q's?
