The whole world failed Rwanda? Before going around blaming other countries learn from history. Long befored the whole world failed on Rwanda the country was 80% Roman Catholic Church. In 1996 a United Nation inspector who investigated the Genocide said to the TV News "Why could the Roman Catholic Church that claims to be a Christian religion commit Genocide against the other 20% rival religions?" That same week a Catholic Prist from Rwanda replayed "Only Catholics can eat and shit in Rwanda."
Seven years later, here we are again! How many times will MILLIONS have to endure these kinds of atrocities? This was full of great statistics and facts, it was also extremely moving to me!
The western alliance deal with Hitler, in hopping him to attack USSR instead of the west, even omitting the annexation of Australia and Czech. Deal the Starlin so he fight Hitler and watch him overthrown elected government in Poland, Czech and Romania. Deal with Iraq so it fight Iran and Al Qaeda so it fight the Soviet. Look side way from the Arabs human (women) right Issue for Oil. And look away from N.Korea because they don't have oil.
This is sad, that humans are monsters, that we are capable of falling. The longer humans are alive, wars will never end, violence will always continue. We wonder why, but we can't escape our own folly, our destructiveness within us. I hope to all those victims they are resting in peace. We can prey for peace all we want but all it seems is an empty promise.
We have many pleagues on our planet and the biggest of them all is hate. God has called on me before to leave my home and family, he is my friend I am nothing with out him. I feel he may call on me again to help his people over come such evil. We lose angles everyday as they are killed in battle, but god recreates these angels to new bodies and they will come again, until once and for all eveil will fall. Amen

You should see a movie called ' Shake hands with the devil'.
It's more emotional...It tells the story of the man who was incharge of UNAMIR on that fateful day...
