How did you trigger the Abandon Ship feature without having your hull below 25%?

@TheDoctor8007 this was from before cryptic put that restriction on it. At this point you could trigger it as long as you were already at red alert and this is why your hull has to be below 25% now...

for what in the hell you need the selfdestruct? can the enemies destroy your weapon systems or enter your ship?

@89BlackGatomon Its called abandon ship, say your losing the battle etc if you activate this when you explode its bigger than just being blown up so you cause damage to your enemies,more than you normally would.
