SWAT 4 Using WINE

i tried to play swat 4 on wine 1.0.1 but everytime i turn left or right, my cursor seemed to go out from the game window which resulted my character fails to turn more than 180 degree. i played in full screen. is there any tweak somewhere (regedit or wine's reg) to avoid the cursor from living directx apps window. yes, i have checked the option "Allow DirectX apps to stop the mouse leaving their window" option under Graphics in winecfg but the problem persists.

i made mine full screen. i also look through your wine prefernces for graphics.

how to make it full screen?

by going into the options and choose graphics , then choose your resolution.

Thanks for your replies. i've solved my problem by unchecking the "Allow the window manager to control the windows" under Graphics in winecfg.

hey aside from this rap thing were doing can you tel me why i cant get wine to work right on mah laptop i try to play hal-life 2 and it wont launch i have all the drivers installed andn every thing but yeah...halo launches but its all glitchy is there lie some thing im doing wrong? im running sabayon linux..

i have no idea, sabayon is badass tho.

peple have came to be with that problem too, maybe it's just wine and sabayon, try crossover and see if you get it to work.

okay is wine free....is it illegal.......does it work with all games on macs.......how do you get it......is it like a program that you run or is it like each game individually......?

yes wine is free. it's open source software.

it works with alot of games but not every game.

i have abunch of Wine videos on my channel so check them out.

after you download wine and have it installed. download a game. and just clikc on it like you would do with windows and there you go.

i use this on linux tho.
