you need to launch it at about 4000-4500 rpm i am guessing you are still on stock clutch dont go any higher then 4500 unless you got upgraded clutch and i bet you will knock off about a second of that run i ran my stock sti and got 13.35 now that is moded i run low 12's high 11's so trust me i know what i am talking about when it get to scoobys!! :)

@arnoldnasyrov There is a giant difference between an STI and WRX transmission. The car has since been sold but I still wouldn't do 4500 launches in a WRX unless you plan on replacing parts soon. STI is a different story.

These cars are more a rally car than for drag racing. Bet if they came with a sequential auto it would shave almost a full sec off 1/4 mile time. Each gear change no matter how quick you shift, the front bogs down therefore losing time each change.
