very untidy!!!even if he is the expert of cake, he must learn how to glaze on it. he didnt have to use a torch if he used accurate glaze. it needs to be around between 40 and 45 degrees celsius to be shiny.

@Kimtaekyoon It wasn't to make it shiny. Using the torch was to level the glaze instantly on the cake.
