If you have any question for this or any other recipe you want to try don't hesitate to ask, I will be glad to help. Mariette
@TheKillbell So true. In most middle Eastern countries and specially Egypt this is a very popular and cherished meal. We had foul mudammas for breakfast today. It is a meal full of iron and other nutrients. It is also delicious and very easy to prepare. Enjoy! Mariette
@auntbecky you should make it for him one morning and he will be so very happy remembering the good old days! Usually its served for breakfast, but we eat it at all hours of the day. Hope you give it a try and if you do please let me know how it was. Thanks for the comment. Mariette :)

@sarmad6648 Greatly appreciated. Thank you for your heartfelt comment for the foul moudammas recipe. I am glad you like it. Please don't hesitate to ask any question you may have on any of our recipe I will be glad to answer.
@chennaia Hi there, thanks for your comment. We prepare foul several times a month for breakfast. Preparing it right from the tin or can, we use the liquid that comes with it. Unless you are trying to watch your sodium intake (although the liquid is not very salty) Then I would drain the liquid, and rinse it with water then perhaps add just a little bit of water in the casserole while preparing the recipe. Hope this info helps let me know if you have any questions. - Mariette
@Lado1677 Yes you can. You can also substitute it with northern white beans or kidney beans although it will not have the same taste but it will still be very delicious.
If you are allergic to fava beans check with your doctor what food or medicine you should avoid. i hope I helped thanks for posting.

thank you for the video! foul is one of my favourites!
i have a question though, do you rinse your beans after removing them from the tin, or do you add them straight to the casserole?
