Well MP can not instantly refuse the win. Legal complications can occur disrespecting the sport itself, maybe he will seek legal advise 1st.
Arum manipulated the system, I am Pacquiao fan, and I think MP never intented to cheat anyone, the system used him. He knew that he lost the fight, he was not happy when they said he won the fight. He is not proud, I think MP and his camp will demand a 4th fight.
He should just leave TOP RANK promotions.
