at 2:10 why does the 405 cut-off sides of the video? Did you have it zoomed in or does it just automatically cut-off the sides of widescreen video?

mhh i wanna buy a archos 405 or a apple ipod touch 8gb, but i can´t decide :( can anyone help me with my decision?

I'm not sure myself what mp3 player to buy but archos Is only 160 euro for 30 gb where as itocuh 8gb Is likely to be 230 euro with 22 gb less then archos,plus ipod battery runs out after 2/3 years they say!

i think im a buy archos 405, if ur lookin for something mor like an itouch, archos 605 is much closer to the itouch, coz it does internet browsing

It seems that the 405 screen is brighter and more cripse than the 605.

no, probably the 605 wasn't set to the same brightness level... they both have the same screen brightness

thats cuz it the differene between a hard drive and flash memory loading up...

Not really a load of differance, main differance being hard drives can break easier due to the way data being read of the pin, flash doesnt have any sensetive parts. Thats why flash is more costly as well.
