This would be so cute to give as a play set to a young child (not so young that they might try to put them in their mouths, of course). You could create a woodland scene on a piece of paper and adhere that to a metal cookie sheet, then let the child play with all the furry folk by moving them around on the scene to make up stories. FUN!
@witzken1 What a wonderful idea! You also have me wondering about stamping on magnet sheets (v. using tiles and disc magnets) and then using Crystal Effects on them - I wonder how that would hold up? I might have to give it a try! It reminds me of the ColorForms I played with as a child! :) Thank you for the inspiration!
@mwecksler And THAT got me thinking about creating stamped window clings, using the window cling sheets by Avery... Coloring them in and then putting crystal effects over the top; sprinkling with a little glitter before it dries... a sparkly stained glass effect to decorate windows with in the winter time!
@witzken1 Oooh!!!!!! I love how you think!!!!! :) I may have to play around with some of these ideas and see what happens! :) Thanks for sharing your creativity!!!!!! Let me know if you have success with the window cling sheets!!!! I have a feeling I'll now be looking at everything in the house and wondering if it can be covered in Crystal Effects :)
@Skooterbird Hi Pat! I bought the tiles at a local tile store & was able to buy in small quantities. You can also find the tiles at your local big box home improvement store. If you can't find sheets of 1" x 1" tiles, you can usually find them as part of a patterned sheet of tiles (ie with hex tiles or a basket weave pattern). You can also look online - although buying them in small quantities may be challenging. Hope that helps! Let me know if you need more info! Michelle :)
These are so adorable thanks for sharing!
