Actually, this could be considered a heavy song if you understand the quantum relationship of energy and molecules.(these guys do seem to love relative reality and quantum physics) Simplified, there is NO space between your molecules/energy and the air. So because all energy and molecules are connected to everyone, your energy, positive or negative is shared. So I think ultimately what they are going for is "get positive, it really matters!"

I guess its complicated simplicity :D
