Yep, Lucas is the vocalist of both bands. Cinema Bizarre is more comparable to Tokio Hotel than Cinema Strange though xD

Actually, they are from the USA. ^_^ I made this video btw... like years ago. It used to be on my Cinema Strange fan site... It was a surprise to see it on youtube, and it's cool to see that it's gotten so many views ^_^\m/. Awesome band.
