  • @muskabeatz2020 Thank YOU for that compliment ! Really !

  • HOW MUCH WERE YOUR TURNTABLES

  • 1000 € each

  • You should enter this in the tenminmix

  • The first donell jones song was too fast for the nelly & janet track, try sometin a lil slower.

  • Yeah i noticed, but it's too late now to try something else, isn't it?

Thanks anyway for the advice ;)

  • good enuff to text at the same time on ya fone! lol

  • Nice mix between Three Six Mafia and Akon !!!

Your players have auto BPM ??

    thanks

  • Thanks for the comment,

I think they have BPM counters, but not Auto BPM, and btw i never use those anyway.

but this video is older, i changed from these to regular turntables.

  • that akon - blackstreet mix was smooth.

  • nice track selection....true hip hop head! watched yur vids b4......shit is ohhh so cleenn son!

  • Thanks for the compliment, I appreciate it ;)

  • dude, do you have serato? if so, can u have that program without the mixer that comes with it?

  • I don't in this video (or better, didn't have it yet)

but yes you can get the software for free on their website but you'll need the soundcard (SL BOX) to make it work with your turntables, otherwise it's just going to be a player for your library.

  • Dumbass!

  • and why would that be ?

  • Great choice of tunes mate!

  • Thanks a lot !

  • damn... i use Virtual Dj... not a pro... but i mix better then you...u got this master piece dj set but you are sounding shit!! no offence but i cant hold myself..

  • How about you stop talking and show me how much better u are... That would be better don't you think?

I have no problems with people being better than me, but i do have a problem with people being an ass to me saying i'm shit and bragging about them being better than me without any proof...

Just show me and i'll start praising the lord to give me the strength not to kill myself...

  • Don't listen to these haters they're jealous =)

btw you rocks keep it up man

  • ah... man. Dnt take it seriously.. dude. You mix good. ciao

  • Cute way to change your mind... :D

  • Virtual DJ auto BPM's the songs for you, I believe its called "SYNC"... Virtual DJ is like DJing for Dummies. Try using real stuff like the Numarks CD player he's using, or SL1200's or Str8's where you have to sweat before you beatmatch the song/music... manually. If you can do it, then comment back here, then I'll believe you. Otherwise, stop hating on people spinnin good music.

  • Yeah, i used to spin with Virtual Vinyl for about a year, and this sync function auto-beatmatches everything for you...

but you have to watch out with that software, it's not as stable as serato scratch live, and that's why i changed to SSL.

And as PatrickMercader said, i strongly reccomand for anybody to learn how to beatmatch normally before even trying to use a software like SSL because you'll miss a whole lot of knowledge and skills if you just use the BPM features without learning by ear.

  • All this hate.. i gotta say ur tecnics aRe nice, but the set was kinnda boring,3--5** good stuff man..

    - DJ RITZ

  • if the audience appreciate ur mix tell those who talk about 'cheat' to fuckOFF. i love it n is top of my playlist keep makin more...thanx

  • rnb sux

  • If that's what u truly believe in i'd strongly recommand u never watch my videos ever again... I mean FOR EVER!

And since i'm curious, what kind of music do you listen to?

  • Only difference is you can't beat match worth shit, and your mixes are really off.

  • I'm not using those stupid ass lights...

And why you have to start talking crap about me? just look; i use my earphones, i'm not staring at my dumbass screen like some people who mix with serato.

plus, i posted this video some time ago, check newer vids before starting to talk crap.

  • cheat Machine ??

I'll tell you what CAN be a cheating machine: Serato ... when using the auto BPM matching options. In that case i consider that it's cheating.

Well considering you don't have Serato, I would say don't speak clown, I am a Serato user and Bpm display feature is the same damn thing your using, so shut your mouth.

    Numark CDX Key features inlcuded:

Bright VFD (Vacuum Fluorescent Display) shows BPM, time and unit status

  • good mix thnaks

  • This is another 'Cheat machine

Having a mixer with a kill switch for highs, mids and lows really helps a DJ blend a song into another that wouldn't really mix well if that kill wasn't available. Knowing that, I can't rate this mix a 10. Give this a 6 for effort. Moreover, never use a scratch for R&B jointz, only for hip hop jamz.

  • cheat Machine ??

It's just a mixer, i might have turned down the EQ's too low in this mix, but that still doesn't make it a cheating machine.

I'll tell you what CAN be a cheating machine: Serato ... when using the auto BPM matching options. In that case i consider that it's cheating.

And what about the scratches? if i feel like scratching on RnB music, why shouldn't I ?

  • Actually, my dear fellow DJ, you can do what you wanna do. However, scratches up this way is considered a hip hop mix thing, while playing hip hop. And when it comes to playing R&B, it's a mixing/blending thing. I once heard a pretty good DJ scratch R&B songs into his mix at an ol'skool party. So unappropriate, don't you think? Or maybe you don't that. What I meant by cheat machine, I thought you were using a kill switch in order to mix into a song.

  • I think it depends on which song you're scratching on...

this is an older video so i made some mistakes, as turning down the EQ's too low for example.

  • Don't want you to think that i don't appreciate your approach to the art form. You got skillz. Any parties lined up for the summer? I got a wedding reception booked, also working on my mixtape.

  • Thanks for your comment anyway,

    I like constructive critisism ;)

I do have some parties booked... and a wedding too.

  • sooo damn good. just love it. and suscribed ;)

  • Good job

  • Hot stuff mate ;))

    Like ya Style !!

    Just check my vid's ...

  • hahah i love how you just start txt msging with your phone

  • Thanks bigfoot ;)

  • no brob G

by the way, im thinking of buying those cd decks.. they worth it?

or should i go with a cdj?

  • i think they're worth it, if you're asking me, and for anybody who reads this, don't get it twisted, CDJ's are very good machines, but to chose between CDJ's and CDX's i chose CDX's with my eyes closed !

I've had CDJ's before my CDX's and i really think the CDX's reproduce the feel of vinyl way better than the CDJ's

  • 5 stars nice mixing m8

  • Yaaaaay, i like stars... :p

    Thanks !

  • thank you, its was nice

  • My pleasure !

  • kl gear dudee,, r u using the timecoded vinyl?, ive been emaning to get a setup which lets me use the timecoded vinyl feature in conjunction with virtualdj software. ive also got he hercules mk2, so hav u got any recomendation which cud help me, i realy dont lyk the wheels on the mk2, i need more of a surface to work with lol, mixes sounding gud tho, keep it up broo. tc

  • in this video i wasn't using time coded vinyls but now i do, and in my latest video you can see it. Inthat video i'm mixing with the numark virtual vinyl software, verry good software, but u'll need Cd players or turntables to control your mp3's with either time coded vinyl or time coded Cd

  • aight

  • No matter what! Hot gear man! hehe i got 2xcdj400 + djm400 and i think it looks nice.. but dat shit there is BANGING!

  • this choice of music is nice

  • Dats da GOOD shit!!!! Dnt FUCK da haters man................. LOVE DA HATERS!!!! 'BEHIND EVERY SUCCESSFUL PERSON LIES A PACK OF HATERS'!!!!! Keep reppin dem badboy sets!

    PEACE.

  • haha thanks ;)

  • I like your style, too. You did this very well, nice combination and choice of Songs.

    Bon Travail ;)

  • dont listen to this fuckin haters man.....i like yur style...very aggresive on the decks...and u aint scared to cut it up in the middle of the mix....good playlist as well...just need a lil tweakin on da beat matching!

  • Ayo - this is bitch - anyone can match beats with digital turntables. Ur a playschool Dj.

  • you're such a Dumbass, tell me how the hell i can match the beats easyer with CDX's than with Vinyl turntables?! The BPM counters can't be used with Hip Hop, that doens't work.

And to tell you the truth i mix better with vinyl than with these, soon i'll post a video to prove it if you need it to be proven.

Can't call me a playschool dj when u don't know what u're talking about ;)

  • is this equipment higher than the original dj turntables technics

  • i mean as far as price

  • When I bought ou CDX's 2 years ago I paid them 1000€ each, which is close to 1500 US $ each and paid 480€ for my mixer = 720$...

It is indeed more expensive... The technology inside of it is more recent, and they're CD players, so it's a bit different.

  • thank u

  • do you like the mixer?

  • weak

  • Thanks bro ;)

  • ive bought myself a technics cdj..its gr8..tnx i didnt know cdjs could b like vinil...u rokk..tnx ^_^

  • graabeee.... its so nice, i can't help my self to sing along..hehe nice combination of song.. godd job!!

  • good mix

  • nice mix

  • this is sickkkkkk, nice job bro, this is nice 2 chill with my girl with

  • if you like this one you can download a longer mix from my profile page... check it out

  • not bad, try to break the habit of mixing vocals over vocals and try mixing in after chorus using the 4 and 8 counts instead in the middle of a verse, also try to have bpms match a little more seems to fall of about 1 or 2 beats i notice and you need to catch it up by pushin it up. just some tips from a fellow dj. other than theat keep up the spinnin

  • thanks!

Thing here je that i tried to put a maximum of songs within the 10 available minutes, si it really isn't like how i truly mix at a party, i'll try to make sure that my next mix on youtube is better, but really, thanks for comment, i appreciate it!

    Chris.

  • hey tnx..actually i do..how much do they cost..im thinking on buying cdj cos i have vinil tuntables..would u recommend them 4 beginning or would u say to use some other kind?ps ur mixer r gr8!!

  • Well, it depends on your tastes, but if you're used to vinyl I would totally reccomand these, cuz you have a real vinyl on the Cd player that controls the Song like on a regular turntable, on CDJ's from Pioneer you don't have that, but they're really good too..

  • your good..sorry the stupid q but r they vinils?cos i cant see the needle..?..tnx

  • They're the Numark CDX Cd Players with a real 12" Vinyl on them that control the song like on a traditional turntable... Don't mind the question, if u have more, don't hesitate ;)

  • I do love your mixing style and your track selection. cheers

  • fuck you

  • Who are you telling this ? And Why ?

  • Mc , don't bother responding to these fools! Only a fool would not C that your mix is tight! Blend , selection & mix sense . Don't give 'em the satisfaction.

  • :D thanks a lot, I'm just wondering why this "sis" is saying that, i'm a bit curious :p

    anyways, thanks again

  • Yu know people called haters! They can't do what yu do so they hate! They are just like that! Yu can either stomp on them or let them stew in their -ve shizzle.

  • en büyük DJ ONURRRR

  • what do you use to mark your LP's? I mean that white strap.. im curious to what that is.. i might need it..

  • It's just a white part of a sticker that i cut into a long stripe to mark the LP's, it's easier to see where to put the LP with a long marker.

  • I spray painted some triangles in the same place on mine. Gold...

  • its ok nothing special sorry :(

  • vocal over vocal wtf

  • MC , Yu know your Bizzness!

  • yea bpm counters suck hen theres an intro.... Ints not accurate

  • so how big is your mp3 collection?

  • I have about 300 LP's, 200 CD Albums and Somthing like 70Gb of music.

  • kool mix how do u decide which songs to mix

  • depends on the people who are there at the party... I just work on the feeling, for this mix I quite knew which songs I were going to play, i just improvised how I played them.

  • is that rane ssl live???? thats hot

  • No, they're the CDX CD-Players of Numark, I don't use Serato...

  • mad mix i'm a amateur rapper and rnb sinnger check out my first rnb song and tell me if you like it or not

    eddy p

  • bpm counters works well with track that have 4 on the floor rhythms, its horrible for hip hop

  • thanks for acknoledging what i said ;)

By the way, it's not the first person that asks me about those BPM couters, i NEVER use them, not even for Dance & Techno music, you just have to feel it !

  • are they cd decks wiv bmp counters on them?

  • They have BPM counters but you can't count on BPM couters for hip hop music... it's not reliable!

  • sick mix man :) how many records do you have?

  • Too many to count them ;)

  • hhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

  • very nice mixing...no jokes but u sound similar 2 me! will put my vids up soon...keep up da gud work man

  • not bad. i like your scratch intros :)

  • DJ- Mc Roxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  • Some good mixin , if u go mainstream dont 4 get me!!! lol btw wats the name of the 2nd track?

  • excellent mixing there.

you cant beat a good bit of RnB mixing.

  • still waiting for the playlist, especially for the name of the last song...

  • Here it is - sorry it took so long

  • Def.a good dj man. I have been djing with my cdxs for about 2 years and I am still trying to get them to respond like yours do when you scratch. Dont know what it is but your handle is really good. Very good control..Do you use your cue at all and which scratch modes do you use, Regular scratch?

  • Thanks a lot.

I don't really know what U mean with ur question about the CUE, I Do use it sometimes, but I prefer the "Old Skool" way of vinyl, using the white stripe to remember where the song starts...

I only use the normal scratch mode of the CDX's - I were used to normal vinyl so I don't really like the other scratch modes, it's a bit strange when you're not used to it...

  • I like your style, you are a good dj.i hope see you more mix video

  • nice mix,can you show me the play list?i like the 1st song.thanks

  • I'll put the playlist on a bit later, didn't get the time to do that, but so you know, the first song is from Aaron Hall - Curiosity

  • what are the names of the songs in this mix

  • Nice mix man...

  • Thanks
