Just an additional comment.... i would call all take thats songs 'meaningful' as you put it.... considering all 4 of them write the new material themselves.... so im assuming since they have taken time and effort to write them... the songs have strong meanings to them personally... boyzone on the other hand can't release two of there own songs without throwing a cover in... which this song is if im not mistaken A COVER...imo taking other peoples songs all the time is a tad lazy and unthoughtful

Have to say the words to this song are powerful, as i boyzone fan for many years 12 infact, i do like most there music, think Ronan and mikey do sound quite good together and steven slightly high pitched voice is good too - I never heard the original version,,may see if i can find it now....A nicely Written song, and hopefully a number 1 for the lads!!!!

This is better than Baxters version simply cos their voices are better.This version will also get more airplay as its Boyzone and the only thing to keep it from the No 1 charts position will be the next X factor winner unless its released earlier than Dec 25th then no doubt it will be top of the charts - and well deserved too. Well, actually no. I LOVED Toms version, but vocally Ronan is much, much better and therefore the song is better. Especially since they have been loyal to the original in their cover, they havent changed the arrangement. The fact is, its a brilliant song, Tom wrote a classic, and Ronan and Steven do a fantastic job
