Mercury's Treads - Warmogs Armor - Warmogs Armor - Force of Nature - Atmas Impaler - Item of your choice.

Works in 95% of the matches. If the enemy team has really heavy ad, add a Thornmail or Frozen Heart somewhere. I know that the mana on Frozen Heart is a waste for Mundo, but the CDR rocks with ult and cleaver.

5 Warmogs just ask for a Bloodrazor.

I think you're still better off with 3k HP less and +145 Def, +18% Crit and +100 Dmg if you look at AD carries. If you don't need the Def because they don't have heavy AD, you're dominating anyway and will like to get a Damage Item, possibly even AS.

Tank =/= HP.

Although Warmogs Armor is my favorite Item in the entire game, most tanks work just fine with only one of them or even no Warmogs at all. As far as Mundo is concerned, I like it mainly for the huge numbers that will pop up with your ult, but you ALWAYS have to get a FoN to counter the Bloodrazor.

Frozen Heart is thought to be the item that gives him Armor, whereas SV and Shurelia's give him health. If it was all about health, you would get 5 Warmog's.

So you have the choice between Thornmail (cheap), Randuin's (health and slow) and Frozen Heart (CDR and slow) as good Armor items. Imo all of these are viable, but I like FH most because of the good CDR for your ult and your cleaver as the source of most of your damage.

Shurelia's is an item I honestly NEVER play on Mundo.
